Our family of four has enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home. It is very clean and well-maintained. Having the pool (and its heat!) has been great. The owners were so very easy to work with. This was our first experience with VRBO and we will try it again based on this good experience.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

Dawson family, We just returned from a weeks vacation at your home. I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time. Hi Fiona Just a quick mail to say thanks for your villa. We had a great time and felt so at home. I can't beleive that I'm going back to work tomorrow, my time off has flown in!! Your villa and location were fab, the boys loved the pool. How quiet is Southern Dunnes, just what you need after a manic day at disney ! The outback and manny's shop house were both a hit. In fact the Outback were fantastic with Cameron and his nut allergy, with the manager coming to wait our table too - Cameron felt really special (doesn't normally happen when he eats out, it is normally the opposite!). Fiona, Thank you very much for such a well prepared vacation experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and everything was just as promised. We could not keep our children out of the pool and if they weren't in the pool they were playing air hockey, pool, or Foosball. The house was in great condition and perfectly furnished, there was nothing lacking. It was the same as being at home, only with a pool and 80 degree weather. This was our first visit to Florida and this villa was just perfect to get away from Disney and relax by the pool in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and table football to keep them amused. Lovely villa, home from home with everything we needed. Hope to be back next year and will definitely check your availability calendar first. Many thanks for making this holiday just perfect. Thanks fo a lovely holiday, your villa was everything you described and more! The fitings and furnishings allowed us to relax in comfort after a hard day at the theme parks. It really has everything you need an the cable TV and DTV recorder were very useful when you wanted to chill out. Took your advice re the shopping and eating out - Manny's and the Outback were great. Thanks again and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future. The Mitchell family.

We have had a great time here in Florida. THe villa was superb and well equipped (even hair straighteners!). The kids loved the games room and the pool although we didn't spend much time here as there is so much to see and do. The food at the Clubhouse is excellent, especially the steak. Our favourite was Discovery Cove - well worth the extra expense. Regards the Goddard and Hutchins families

Really enjoyed the villa since January. Pity you are booked until January 14th next year as we would like to come in earlier, but we will in 2010. Looking forward to returning next year.

We have really enjoyed our 23 night stay and my husband has especially enjoyed the golf. The villa is spotless and very well equipped. Thankyou for recommending Manny's - what great food. e have had a great time in Florida and a great time in your house. The firts thing we did when we got here was get in the pool to cool off, it was great!! Some of us also enjiyed the cabel TV after a busy day at Universal Studios especially during Sunday night football. We are already talking about coming back! Dear Dawson Family, Our respite here from North Carolina is just what the doctor ordered! We enjoyed every aspect of your lovely home - beautifully furnished and with every convenience. The Game rooma nd pool kept us entertained, and we spent many hours walking and timing our walks to coincide with the nice sunsets. Thankyou so much for an awesome place to stay. As soon as we entered we felt like we were at home, our 3 children absolutely loved the house - especialy the games room and the pool. Great villa with great facilities and great location. Our 4 girls loved having their own pool and on a number of occaissions they chose to stay to stay here rather than trudge round one of the Parks. We seemd to be at Wal-Mart all the time as it is so handy and had everything we ever needed. This is a villa which is furnished to a very high standard and has several tasteful and thoughtful touches throughout. From the minute we walked into the house we felt 'at home'. It is located in a peaceful and picuresque area and with so much to do and see in Orlando this was the perfect place to relax and chill. The pool was fabulous and golf at Southern Dounes was excellent and not too busy. Our kids loved the games room which is well equipped! We would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a great holiday location.

We stayed at Gordon and Fionas villa for christams and New Year 05/06. We have had villa holidays at least once a year all over Europe and the Med for the last 10 years, this villa has certainly been our most favorite! very luxurious but still very homely and modern with everything you need,with some very nice personal touches and only a maximum of 20 minutes from all the "action." Southern dunes is a lovely comunity and although i didnt play the golf course it looks fantastic. This is a beautiful holiday home, I just wish my golf was as good! We had a great vacation and as golfers, Southern Dunes is the perfect base.
