I can happily say on behalf of my family what a great holiday home this was. We spent 3 weeks in May/June 2010 at Ballyshannon and really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is great, on US27 5 minutes from I4 and US192, 20 minutes you are in Disney or iDrive, plus a great selection of shopping/eating places close by. The house feels homely, is so well equipped and the owner’s attention to detail makes for a hassle free stay. I cannot recommend this house any higher, other than to say, after week back in the UK we have already booked again for 2011!!! Great house Nick, thanks!

Couldn't ask for a better home to spend time in the Orlando area. Restaurants, shopping, golf, and Disney world are within minutes. His home in itself is a vacation, from the time you hit the front door to when you leave it has all the amentities that you could ask for. My wife and very much enjoyed Nick's home during our stay so much that we booked with him again for the same time frame in 2011. We are looking so much to returning for several years.Sorry, Nick, that it took me 10 months to get around to writing a review.

I have stayed in the Disney area on several occasions, and your villa is spacious and extremely well located, close to I-4 which takes you to the beach or the parks, and also very close to shopping for those last minute things you forgot to pack. One feature not pictured, but we found extremely helpful was the dedicated bath with shower that has a door to the pool area, great for getting all the kids prepped on entry and properly handled on exit. This is a great property! Thanks again Nick

Thanks Nick, Your discription of your vacation home rental was very accurate.We had six children with us who really enjoyed the pool every day. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable rooms and were thankful for the 4 bathrooms as we were 12 in number! The location was excellent as we visited Daytona Beach, Disneyworld, Busch Gardens in Tampa, saw a shuttle blast off from Cape Kennedy, swam in the Gulf at Clearwater...all distinations were within 15 to 90 minutes from the villa.We will recommend your vacation rental to anyone who would like a perfect Florida vacation.Thanks again.The Bradley family.

Just home from a 10 day stay at Nick's wonderful villa. We had a great time. The home's location was perfect. Just a few minutes from Disney Parks but in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to grocery and take out. We even took a short walk along the orange grove nearby. Pool was wonderful for lounging and swimming. Bedrooms were spacious and well kept. A hot tub would have been great - as the spa is only heated to a few degrees over pool heat temperature. Nick is a great owner and the management company responded quickly to our one request. Nick thanks for letting us make our Disney Dreams come true at your place. We left a small cooler for future renters hope you enjoy your time as much as we did ours.

I attend a trade show which in most years is in Orlando. I use this required visit as a yearly vacation for the family. Nicks wonderful vacation home is right smack in the middle of everything. I've stayed in many places over the years, and you can contact me personally but you WILL NOT find a better property at any price. Thanks Nick and we'll be there in a few weeks.

Just returned from March Break 2008 where we stayed at Nick's wonderful house! I organized a CHIKK holiday (women and children only!)and there were 11 of us in the house. I will echo all the other comments. The house is wonderful. Its layout is what really makes it stand out. The bedrooms are positioned away from the "hub" of the house (kitchen, family room and pool area), so if you needed privacy, you could retire to your room. With 4 cooks in the kitchen at one time, each preparing meals for their "brood", we were never crowded. There is plenty of counter space. And one thing I really noticed is that there are plenty of dishes, cutlery, bowls etc. I was also super impressed with the number of towels, both bath towels and pool towels. Naturally the kids LOVED the pool...as did I because it was beautifully warm. Our week's weather was pleasant, but it was quite cool at night. The pool was able to maintain its warm temp even though it was so cool at night. The house is very convenient to Disney and shopping on US27. Some of the CHIKKS went to Universal studios a couple of days and I was afraid it would take forever to get there, but I-4 was wide open and it was dead easy to get there from the house. One day there was an open house at a 7-bed, 6-bath house in Hampton Lakes, so I went, just for comparison. It was not as nice a house as Nick's, and the pool area was not anywhere near as nice as this one. There are 3 things missing that for me would have made the house a perfect "10" (right now it stands at 9.8!!!). We all love to barbeque, and the one at the house doesn't work. We bought a small, portable gas BBQ from Wal-Mart and used that, but then had to bring it home. A place to hang pool towels would also be great. We bought some rope and strung it up between pillars on the far side of the pool and that worked OK. And I can hardly believe that I'm writing this, because I'm a dinosaur and hate modern technology, but wireless internet would have been really nice! We had a couple of laptops with us, and figured we could check park hours, order tickets etc once we were there. I had my daughter with me and she needed to hand in an assignment while we were away (she's in college), so we had to find internet somewhere. It took us some time, but the McDonald's at I-4 and US27 has Wifi and she was able to send her assignment. All small complaints that in no way should disuade somebody from staying here! ...and one last thing. Ni

Our family reunion went wonderful. Having so many bedrooms and BATHROOMS, made everyone very comfortable. The kids in the pool in the evening while adults sat on the lani, while watching them after a long day at the parks was very relaxing. We stayed in this lovely home for 3 weeks in March of 2007. Our first glance from the outside was the house was nice, but when we went inside we were sold!! The screened in Florida room with pool and spa was our home for the next 3 weeks. We rented a lovely home in this same area last year as we go down for Baseball Spring Training! We thought that was nice, however this home wins, mainly due to the backyard overhang that allows you to use the patio even if it is raining!!Location was perfect for us, close to Baseball Spring Training Parks, Disney and Universal Studios! Best thing about spending the days at the crowded parks was coming back to a quiet house and private pool!! One surprise treat was to wake up one morning to the sight of 4 Hot Air Balloons floating past the house, PRICELESS!! If I had to add one negative it is the Main TV in the Family room was not big enough for the size of the room. But then again, I told my Husband, when your on vacation, you should not watching TV!! We will be renting this home again! Thanks Nick!!

Nick, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. The home was MUCH larger than the photos show.....we had so much room to spread out...it was amazing. The pool bathroom was a God send with the children. We had such a great time and would definitley love to stay in your stunning home again and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely vacation home with plently of room to spare and a private and beautiful yard. What a great family vacation!!! If you're looking for a rental close to parks and activities... this is it. My entire family came down from Cleveland, Ohio(all 12) and were so comfortable staying that my hubby and I stayed an extra two days. From the stacked kitchen to the extra baby strollers, this house is prepared for everything. I loved the master bathroom downstairs. It was BEAUTIFUL!! The washer and dryer also came in handy. Management company was also very helpful and at our door if we had any questions or concerns. I'm sooo disappointed that we didn't get to play sand volleyball,there was so much to do. BUT....We'll be back! Thanks Nick, Naimah G.

Nick, Your villa is all we hoped it would be. It was very comfortable for 4 couples. Great location and nice subdivision. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in mornings and evenings after a day of golf. We will be back!! Thanks again, Randy from Michigan
