We have had another relaxing wonderful stay at this incredible beach house. This is the 5th year that we have spent February and March at this idylic place and we plan to spend many more winters here. The reason I have not written a review before is I wanted to keep it our little secret!!! But Sue is such a wonderful person and we are so grateful that she and her family share this piece of paradise with sun seekers like ourselves that I felt this review is well overdue. Sue greets us when we arrive like old friends-she calls us periodiclly during our stay to make sure we are comfortable and have no issues and she sees us off when we reluctantly leave!! The beach is very wide at this location so it is never busy even during the hectic march break weeks-we see wonderful sunsets and dolphins swimming and beautiful moons rising. The cottage is always spotless and smelling so fresh and clean when we arrive and it has everything we need for our stay and then some! There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance, playgrounds for children, the bird sanctuary and the candy store! Grocery stores and a mall are a 5 minute car drive away. But most of all we just love relaxing on the cottage deck listening to the waves, taking a walk on the beach or going for a swim in the waves-total relaxation. Oh and there are lots of golf courses nearby-Largo golf course is our favourite short course and East Bay is our favourite long course. When we first looked for a place to rent in Florida we did not want to be in a condo-we wanted a little place right on the beach and we feel so blessed and fortunate to have found this place and we are very grateful that Tim and Sue and their family are sharing this beach experience. Thank you Sue and Tim-see you next year

Sublime beach experience
Sublime beach experience
This charming and adorable beach-house is perfectly situated on a pristine powder-white beach. The view from the deck is incredible and we spent evenings relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. This is a most safe and quiet neighborhood. One can tell that the owners love this little piece of paradise as it is very well cared for and meticulous from top to bottom. Everything one needs for a relaxing vacation is easily at hand. The owner showed considerable concern regarding any questions we had, as well as sharing information about the area. (Thank you!) Our stay was so very enjoyable we TRULY hated to leave...I miss it already! I can honestly say this is not only the best vacation my husband and I ever had, but the most relaxing. Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wow! what a fantastic beach house. We were here for a week in July and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. thanks Sue for making it happen, can't wait to come back again. Busch Gardens, Johns Pass, Tropicana Field the city of St. Petersburg and Tampa all a short drive away and then theres the beautiful beach! Only steps away from the house you can't beat it. The outside deck with the lighting and audio system is perfect for morning coffee and taking a break from the beach in the afternoon. There are also plenty of resturaunts and grocery stores nearby.

Owner response: With wonderful renters like Mike and Candy, it is pleasure to open our home so that others may enjoy our little 'postage stamp of heaven on earth'. Sue
LOCATION!LOCATION!LOCATION!We have stayed in several beach houses along the west coast of Florida and this BY FAR was our favorite! This beach "bungalow" is even more amazing in person. Immaculate and very accomodating, with a great "Florida feel," the owners spare no expense in the amenities. We ate out on the wrap around deck EVERY night while watching the sun quietly slip into the Gulf of Mexico anticipating what each sunset would offer. Falling stars at night and sunrises at the waters edge, while sipping coffee in our beach chairs are just some of the MANY reasons we will be back! Thank you again for giving us great vacation memories.
