It is decorated & furnished to a very high standard. A private patio which catches sun all day, garden &BBQ is accessible from the lounge patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster,etc. A patio table & chairs as well as two sun loungers are provided for use within the garden area & communal sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pools. The house is furnished with two comfortable sofas, dining table & 4 chairs,king size bed & 2 single beds. Satellite television,wireless broadband,DVD player,I-Pod dock ,2 x hairdryers are also available. For additional comfort air conditioning &effective ceiling fans are installed in the living area & both bedrooms. Linen & towels are provided.
A 4 x 4 car is available if required: Driving in Cyprus is easy for the UK driver as the Cypriots drive .........carefully & considerately ...................on the left- hand side of the road. Road signage is is in both English and Greek and there is a good road network through Cities ,Towns and Villages.The car has a sat-nav which has all the local places of interest downloaded. Guests are encouraged to add any others that they may come across There are a range of books , maps and brochures in the house that will help you arrange various day trips and adventures during your stay The car is fully insured for drivers who have held a full driving licence for two years and are over 25 years of age.
For quiet nights in: A selection of family DVDs 'Cd's and games are available for a 'quiet' night in .! There are many books to choose from , and you are welcome to exchange any that you are unable to finish during your stay.
Transport to and from Paphos Airport: Travel time from Paphos Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car We can arrange for a local reliable and reasonably priced taxi service to pick you up from the airport. Simply forward your travel details and we will do the rest!
All linen and towels are provided aliong with hairdryers in both bedrooms - this will save on packing !.

Iris Village is a development within walking distance of local amenities and its location is central to all areas of interest. The Old Town is 10 mins drive away , the harbour and the Tomb of the Kings road with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are also approx 10 -15 mins away by foot . The airport is 20 mins drive. There are 3 golf courses within approx 30 mins drive. A go-karting track and water park are also 10 mins drive away. Although walking to the main bar street shopping promenade and picturesque harbour area is easily accessible within 15-20 mins. The car would be an advantage to enable you to explore the area more fully. There are numedrous pools within the Iris Village complex including huge split level pool with a Jacuzzi , and a small toddler pool for the little ones to enjoy. A smaller private pool is also available on the complex .

The patio area, which attracts sunshine most of the day is within the garden at rear of the property. It is quiet and allows guests to self cater al fresco - using the stone BBQ.
