Aloha and welcome to "Our Little Piece Of The Rock". If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation rental while visiting Hawaii, we have just the place for you. Our home is located about 20 miles from Hilo Airport in a community called Nanawale Estates. We are in the Puna District, 4 miles from the town of Pahoa and 1 mile from Lava Tree State Park. The Nanawale Estates Association has a swimming pool and playground which are available for use by our renters.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 1- 1/2 baths and is fully equipped for your convenience. The Master Bedroom, with a 1/2 bath has a Queen bed and the other 2 bedrooms each have a full bed. There is a living room, dining area and large kitchen as well as a screened porch which includes laundry facilities. A barbecue grill is provided for cooking outdoors. The house is perfect for singles, couples, or small families and will sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Jan-Dec .. $90/night (5 night min) .. $550/week .. $1400/month
plus 10% tax and $200 Refundable Deposit
25% of Rental Fee and Deposit are due to reserve dates and the remainder due 14
days prior to arrival date. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money
orders and credit cards through PayPal.  (Add 4% if using PayPal)
Rates are based on double occupancy.  Please add $5 per person per night for each
additional guest.  International guests should inquire about payment.
60 day written cancellation required for full refund.
