This 1 bedroom 1 bath Oceanfront Condo is located on the 3rd floor/northside of resort, giving you one of the best ocean views available at Bay View Grand and Marina Vallarta. The photo to the left is an actual photo taken from the condo's terrace, which has full ocean/beach views of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, and Downtown Puerto Vallarta(see the city lights by night).
The Beach is very clean with about 1/2 mile of beach walking area. There is an 18 hole championship golf course across the street. Mexico's most sophisticated marina is a 10-minute walk away with all its restaurants, shops and over 400 yachts. There is a shopping center with a large grocery store(Comercial Mexicano) about a 15-minute walk away. Taxi cabs and city buses are available just outside the resort.
Bay View Grand is a private 24-hour guard-gated beach community, where every unit is individually owned and operated. BVG is a very safe, quiet and well-maintained complex. BVG is not an all-inclusive resort or hotel. BVG is not a party resort.

We spent two fabulous weeks in this very well equipped condo. You will be hard pressed to find a better spot or accommodations. Absolutely fabulous.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Beautifully decorated and assigned condo overlooking the beautiful pools and a breath-taking view of the ocean. Sit on the balcony and be fascinated while watching the humming birds below draw the nectar from the feeder and sit in the various trees to groom themselves. The condo is very comfortable with a King size bed. It has an amazing entertainment center with surround sound for TV and music.The condo is equipped with everything you need to make your visit and enjoyable one. The property is so peaceful and enjoyable sunning by the pool. There is cabana service poolside so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy. The property is located only a short 15 minute walk to the arena which has many great restaurants and shops. Our favorite was Victors with outstanding food and lots of tequila. The owners were great to work with, the unit very clean and well maintained and we are planning on staying here again next year when we book our trip.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed in this unit the month of January, 2011. We found the unit to be very well furnished and had a great view of downtown, the mountains and, most importantly, the ocean. We also found the unit to be well stocked with all the immenities. The owners were most helpful and readily available via email to answer any questions during our stay. We have stayed in many units at the Bay View Grand over the years and this is the best. We are returning the same time next year and can't wait.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This condo had the best views of the ocean and the downtown, as well as the cruise ships coming and leaving the Marina. I think the condo could use some updating, less furniture and more comfortable furniture, and a thorough cleaining but otherwise it was okay.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.
