Molokai, the Friendly Isle. Over 20 years ago our family decided to take a trip to Molokai. After visiting, vacationing, and even going to college on other islands. We instantly fell in love with the Island of Molokai. Its natural beauty and pristine environment is absolutely breathtaking. Everything you have ever envisioned about the Hawaiian Islands is at your door-step in Molokai. If your looking for your current fast pace life, Molokai is not for you. If you need a relaxing, slow paced environment, then Molokai is what you are looking for.

Our Studio with Loft, Oceanfront Kaluakoi Villa Condominium is located on the Ninth Tee of the Kaluakoi Golf Course (**see below notation). This Condo is located in one of the quietest buildings in the complex. It is an upstairs unit which gives you complete privacy. This unit offers an UNOBSTRUCTED view out to the OCEAN & GOLF COURSE. There are no other units or complexes blocking you. Enjoy the beautiful Molokai Sunsets right from your Lanai. Lanai has been furnished with a New Bar Table and Chairs for your convenience.

Our condominium underwent renovations which offer a private New Queen-Size Bed in the Loft Area, a New Queen-Size Sofabed, New Chair with Ottoman, Rocking Chair, Full Kitchen (New Oven, Stove, and Refrigerator), Utensils, Cooking Supplies (Pots, Pans, Bowls, etc.). Coffeemaker, Toaster, Microwave, TV, DVD/VHS, AM/FM Radio with ipod docking, Telephone, Ceiling Fans, Linens, Towels, Washer, Dryer, Travertine and Hardwood Floors and Beach Supplies (Two Beach Chairs, Two Boogie Boards, Two Skim Boards, Two Beach Towels, and an Ice Chest).

Within walking distance stroll the beautiful Papohaku (three miles) Beach and many other romantic secluded and private beaches (all from your door step). The 18 Hole Kaluakoi Golf Course offers spectacular ocean views and offers Kama’aina (local) Rates to visitors staying at Kaluakoi Villas. Molokai offers many activities, snorkeling, diving, hiking (Halawa Valley Lush Rain Forest), kayaking, fishing, golf, horseback riding, swimming, surfing, and Father Damien’s famous Leper Colony (Mule Ride and Hiking Available).

November through Mid-April you can Whale watch from your Lanai or walk seconds to the beach for a closer look at this magnificent sight. No need to rent tour boats. Throughout the year you can get a glimpse of dolphins, sea turtles, and sea lions from the beachfront. Most Important, Molokai offers a peaceful environment for couples and families.

** As of April 5th the Molokai Ranch who owns and operates the Kaluakoi Golf Course has shut down all their operations. This unfortunately includes the golf course. ***Due to current conflicts with Molokai Ranch the join pool area is closed and is anticipated re-opening toward the end of the year.

  • My husband and I rented this unit for the month of March 2009.This was our first trip to Molokai. Our stay was wonderfil. The unit is exactly as described in the ad. Picures are also accurate. The condo was comfortable with all the amenities. The beaches are right out front of the unit. Each morning my husband and I would watch whales breach and play crib. I got some great whale pictures but unfortunately got whupped in crib. The tv malfunctioned early on in our stay. We called the owners and the next day a larger flat screen was delivered to our door Fed Ex. The condo resort is very quiet as is the island itself. For a get away from it all vacation with stunning beaches, great accomodations and a wonderful island to explore this is the unit for you. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions.
