Clean and comfortable with 70's flair

Nearby the access road is this structure in the woods with just a few condo townhouses. Inside was very clean with new carpet and flooring. I liked the giant macrame on the wood plank walls. Beds were comfortable enough including 2 queens and 4 bunks. No pull-out sofa. DirecTV a nice touch.

I have had several very positive experiences staying at this condo, which comfortably accommodates two families of four. The location is very convenient to skiing at Stratton, yet nice and quiet with its setting in the woods off of VT-30. The two-floor layout is conducive to having part of your group socialize later into the evening in the living-dining area upstairs while kids and/or early risers go to bed downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything works fine. The fireplace and the washer & dryer are really nice features. One caveat: the steep driveway can be tricky to get up in icy or slushy conditions without 4WD, but there is a parking area partway up that is probably always attainable. Overall a great value and a good place to stay for weekend or vacation skiing at Stratton.

What a joy it was to arrive at your condo and and come into a clean, cozy home that was perfectly set up for our family. The kids loved the bunk room and the queen bed in the master was very comfortable. It was also nice having 2 full baths and plenty of hot water. The condo had everything, even a popcorn maker. It had a very "lodgy, homey" feel and we enjoyed the fireplace and the "free" wood every night. The private setting was delightful. Thanks again.

Thank you for providing such a nice accomodation for our Christmas Holiday. Everything was ready for our arrival and it was nice to come into a warm, very clean home as we arrived late at night. The accomodations were great, and our children enjoyed playing outside. We also appreciated the supply of firewood that was lefrt for us. also being abloe to get to the mountain in less than 15 minutes was a real plus. We hope to come again next year.

We really enjoyed your lovely condo. The accomodations were perfect for the 5 of us and the location terrific. So close to the mountain, yet very private so we were comfortable that our children would be safe playing outside. The unit was very clean when we arrived and it was very well stocked with dishes, flatwear, pots and pans and appliances. It was nice having a washer and dryer available. thanks so much

Stayed in condo 7/4 thru 7/9/10. Found it in need of repair and a good cleaning. Owner miscommunicated with caretaker and we were locked out upon arrival. Caretaker was unresponsive to calls during our stay.
