It is bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as by the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, & the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all.
The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a one block walk to the east. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.'
Whether you are looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting to 'nest' in, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our townhome can offer it all. There are many activities to choose from. Yet this luxurious private residence offers lot of opportunity for quiet relaxation.
Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand - which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails.
We put a lot of thought and care into the interior design of our villa. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional townhome exceeds traditional standards. You will find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout.
Our Villa has been newly decorated and has all new furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully tiled. The appliances and furnishings are all brand new.
This luxuriously furnished, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, private residence is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. On the first floor there is a living area, & a kitchen with a bar-height kitchen counter top and stools. There's also a separate eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, and a large TV entertainment center. Outside, in the middle of a subtropical setting, this unit offers a private deck with outdoor chairs and a barbecue.
Each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom. The upstairs and downstairs masters have king-size beds. A TV/VCR is included in the master bedrooms. The 2nd upstairs BD has twin beds which can also be converted into a king size bed. All BDs have Cable TV. There are upscale linens & towels in both bedrooms. The 2-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you - to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.

We had a great stay in the South Forest Beach villa. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and especially the beach. Having our yellow lab, Mackenzie, on vacation with us was truly delightful and meant so much to each of our family members. We all enjoyed relaxing and taking two to three walks/runs/bike rides on the beautiful beach. Loved it!Recommended for: Pet owners.

We were looking for a pet friendly vacation close to the beach. What we found was so much more. It is located on the "quiet end" of the island which we loved. The townhouse was warm, inviting and quiet. We enjoyed Java Joes, Steamers and Tail-waggers! Thanks for providing such a relaxing vacation spot. We just loved our experience on Hilton Head Island. And staying at the Villa was just great! Riding the available bikes was so wonderful. We especially loved the quiet and peacefulness,of the area. What a way to spend the winter! Thanks for allowing us to bring our "gentle" golden for a winter away from the cold NorthEast. The villa was clean and well appointed. I want to thank Chuck and Mary for the terrific experience we had over the Christmas Holidays on Hilton Head Island. The three bedroom, three bath townhouse we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The great location, cleanliness and excellent condition of the unit made our family vacation memorable. Thanks for the bikes, easy access and amenities. We had a wonderful time at 4 Ocean Breeze. The location is great. And there was plenty of room for 5 people and one golden retriever. We enjoyed many of the restaurant recommendations as well! We really enjoyed our stay in the South Forest Beach villa. It was so clean and conveniently located to everything on Hilton Head Island. The restaurant recommendations were great! One of the best things about our vacation was that we were able to bring our two Golden Retrievers with us. They are such an important part of our family and had a great time too!
