The spectacular resort complex of Isla Del Sol is a unique paradise because of its location, amenities and privacy. Surrounded by the sparkling waters of Boca Ciega Bay, Isla is less than a 1/4 mile from St. Pete Beach where you can enjoy miles of pristine white sand beach, numerous casual beachside restaurants and resort type living.
The area offers an endless array of activities and diversions. A 40,000 square foot Country Club/Marina/Golf Course make Isla Del Sol a first class resort facility. Only a few minutes to the south is Fort Desoto Park, voted the #1 beach in the United States for 2005, consisting of world class beaches, camping, picnicking, playgrounds, fishing, cycling, skating and more. The original fort is also there for your exploration. Downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota offer an assorted entertainment venue all within close proximities. Orlando/Disney World can be a day trip.
Our ground floor Villa is in quiet Palma Del Mar, Building H compex. Only 41' from the water, enjoy an unfettered southeastern Boca Ciega Bay view where you can watch the Dolphins play and see the Skyway Bridge in the far off distance. This is one of the most private and secluded locations in all of Isla Del Sol.
Completely furnished and fully equipped, the condo offers a lovely master suite with water view and doorwall to screened patio. The master has it's own private full bath, king sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The master has cable TV and a DVD player.
Bed room 2 has two single beds with good closet space. There is a second full bath available to occupants of this bed room.
An open floorplan makes for easy living. A large doorwall off the living room enters a screened patio that is fully furnished and has a ceiling fan for your comfort. An in unit stackable washer/dryer is also available for your use.
