If furniture has been stained or damaged by a dog, guests may be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This is multi-tenanted building, with free parking.

Guests have the entire apartment. The apartment is in a building with three other units that also host guests. The back stairs are shared with one neighboring tenant on the 2nd floor and the first floor has two units. The apartment building's front door provides access to an interior set of stairs, is common space.
