We purchased in this location so we could stand on our balcony and watch our son surf, walk to restaurants and the village, and enjoy walking daily on the boardwalk.

Owner's Map of Carlsbad
We lived here while we were rebuilding our home that was lost in a wild fire. What a fabulous place to be during a stressful time. Coming home every night was just plain wonderful. No need for a TV...Just watching the people strolling on the boardwalk, enjoying the surfers and watching the dolphins and pelicans play is entertainment in itself.
Our time there was so enjoyable that we had trouble deciding if we wanted to move to our new home. We plan on retiring here because it is a fabulous place to be.
