We purchased in this location so we could stand on our balcony and watch our son surf, walk to restaurants and the village, and enjoy our daily walks on the boardwalk. No better place to watch the sunsets.

Owner's Map of Ocean Walk
We lived here while we were rebuilding our home that was lost in a wild fire. What a fabulous place to be during a stressful time. Coming home every night was just plain wonderful. We loved relaxing on our deck or sitting by the window, watching the people strolling on the boardwalk, enjoying the surfers, watching the dolphins and pelicans play but we especially loved watching the whales jump out of the water during their migration to baja...never a dull moment.
Our time there was so enjoyable that we had trouble deciding if we wanted to move to our new home. We plan on retiring here because it is a fabulous place to be. Just a short walk to the Village of Carlsbad for great restaurants, shopping and plays.

I have stayed in this lovely condo for the last 5 years and our family absolutely loves it here. We come back because it is our home away from home and we love the views. The owners treat us like family. The condo has everything that you could possibly need and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is wonderfully decorated and invites you to sit back and feel comfy. The building has just been remodeled and the new look is great. Our family's favorite place to eat is on the ocean front deck ... where we love watching the surfers and the dolphins. No need to watch TV cause the activities in the ocean and on the boardwalk are always entertainment in itself. Great place to stay and I HIGHLY recommend it. You can't have our time because we get first choice to rebook for our same week every year.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
