This unit is spotless and decorator furnished. Air conditioned living area is approximately 2100 square feet, and the 10-foot ceilings give the feel of a much larger living area.
The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and numerous public golf course's are within minutes. Sanibel Island is also a short drive for shelling and fishing.
There are 3 TVs, DVD, VHS and a high speed internet connection.
Community also has a clubhouse with equiped gym and additional pool. Within minutes you will find "Roy's", "Carrabba's,, "the Bonefish Grill" and the "OutBack Steakhouse, Miromar outdoor mall," and Dozens of other fine restaurants are in close proximity.
Other features and amenities worth mentioning are the private rear lanai with views of community lake. This unit has the sun on the pool the entire day. The master bedroom (Queen bed) has a private bathroom, TV and "his and hers" walk-in closets. The guest bedrooms (2 Fulls) are in there own private wing and share a bath. There is also a Den/Office equiped with a pullout TV, high speed internet. Linens are provided, along with a laundy room with full size washer and dryer.
