Designed and constructed to resemble a mining structure with Victorian accents, this home reflects historic legacy of Telluride but with all the modern conveniences, including radiant floor heating on beautiful wood, flagstone and lushly carpeted floors.

This home was designed to be cozy and comfortable, but with ample space for all. Furnishings are antique and rustic. The Great Room on the main floor combines living, dining, kitchen and breakfast nook.

The home features:
An open, gourmet-equipped kitchen overlooking the patio, hot tub, firepit, and alpine forest views.
A dining area within the kitchen for a casual dining experience.
A comfortable, congenial living room dominated by large stone wood burning fireplace and huge windows to enjoy the mountain scenery.
A breakfast nook with comfy banquette seating and coffee table, perfect to contemplate the slopes below.
The patio beyond has seating for outside dining, a hot tub, a professional grill and a sound system.
A charming Victorian-style guestroom with alcove double bed, private bath and fabulous views.

On the upper floor you have:
The Master suite with beautiful queen bed, gas fireplace (just flip the switch!), TV with DVD player, steam shower and free-standing bathtub, his/hers sinks, bidet, and breathtaking mountain views.
A guestroom with four poster queen bed, TV and serene forest views.
An office designed to look like a log cabin but with all the modern conveniences (high-speed internet, fax, phone, etc.).

The bottom floor is where you will find:
The ski in and out room.
Sitting room with large TV.
Laundry room.
Two bedrooms which share a common bath:
Charming Western style bedroom with flannel sheets and two twin beds.
Bunkroom with room for five children, TV, and plenty of storage.
This is a perfect wing for children or youths! This where you can enter through the garage.
