It is very spacious with over 3000 square feet of living space and over 1000 square feet of decking which includes two screened porches and a large sundeck. This home provides plenty of private and "get-together areas" for all!
The first floor is very open with a cathedral ceiling connecting the kitchen, great room, and dining area, there is a wall of windows to enjoy the wooded lot and lake view, this large area also opens up to one of the two screen porches! This unique home features two first floor master bedrooms each with their own PRIVATE bath (one with a whirlpool)AND TV"S. The lower level has a large private bedroom with two queen beds, a wet bar, a second family room which doubles as a bedroom at night. There is also a game room with pool table and game/card table for a great gathering area! The game room also doubles as a fifth sleeping area with two full size futon sofas! The large fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counterspace and working area and a four person eat-on bar. The great room has a stone fireplace and offers a wonderful gathering place for all to enjoy! Minimal waiting time with three full baths and a half bath to get ready!
This home offers it all - walk to the lake and swimming pool, nice partly shady rear yard for fun outdoor games. What a great place for our family. We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving with our whole family. Your house was great for our group. We found the Kentucky people to be very friendly and some of us really appreciated the CITCO/hardware store. Your home was furnished nicely and very nice decorating.

This has been a perfect place for us to enjoy a week together as a family. The setting is beautiful, giving us ample opportunity to take walks, hikes, and play games in the yard!
