This spectacular resort is an amenity packed vacation wonderland, beautifully complimented by approximately 750 feet of breathtaking ocean coastline! The Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular family vacation destinations the Carolina's have to offer! The tropic-like setting is ideal for exciting, fun-filled, family vacations, a seductive romantic get-away, or senior snowbirds in search of a winter haven.
You are surrounded by clean, comfortable, and relaxing accommodations, offered to you at very reasonable rates! CONDOMINIUM LOCATION: Our condominium is strategically located in the center of the resort on the second floor of the Five Seasons Center's 4000 section. The balcony overlooks a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard, clubhouse and indoor/outdoor heated pool. It is about a five minute walk through the resort to the ocean!
CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES: Free wireless Internet access available, Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV with VCR (living room and children's bedroom), Stereo with CD and Cassette Player, Full Kitchen with all cooking utensils, Coffeemaker, Blender, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, Iron and ironing board, Vacuum, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Beach Toys, Beach Boogie-boards, etc. Linens and Bath Towels provided, Porta-Crib/Playpen (not for beach use).
RESORT LOCATION: The Myrtle Beach Resort is a privately owned, gated community, perfectly located in South Myrtle Beach on the beautiful Grand Strand of South Carolina. Its exquisitely landscaped thirty-four acres are located at 5905 Business Highway 17 South (King's Hwy S) which is approximately six miles south of the Myrtle Beach International Airport (between Lakewood Campgrounds and Ocean Lakes RV Park and approximately a quarter mile north of Rte.544/Dick Pond Road). The MBR is approximately 8 miles from the center of downtown Myrtle Beach.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS/ACTIVITIES: THE FAMILY KINGDOM AMUSEMENT PARK & WATER PARK is the ONLY seaside amusement park and oceanfront water park in Myrtle Beach! It is a combined 15 acres with 500 ft of oceanfront beach, consisting of 33 rides, 7 water slides, a 6500 sq. ft Arcade and over a dozen Midway games! There are numerous, restaurants, cafes and retail stores nearby!
The MYRTLE BEACH SPEEDWAY (an official NASCAR Home Track) on US 501 is a short drive from the MBR and NASCAR's DARLINGTON RACEWAY is approximately 1 hour away!
The MYRTLE BEACH PELICANS (Class A Advanced team affiliated with MLB's Atlanta Braves) makes its home at the "FIELD OF DREAMS" minor league baseball stadium...across from Broadway at the Beach!
There are approximately 130 golf courses and hundreds of restaurants all located within a five to sixty minute drive of the resort; the Grand Coastal Mall is an easy 10 minute drive. Broadway at the Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes away. Surfside Beach, Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island are right down the road! Georgetown, Charleston, Hilton Head Is. and Kiawah Is. are all within easy driving distance to the South. Willmington, Southport, Oak Is., Holden Beach and Calabash (all in North Carolina) are all within a relaxing 90 minute drive North.

For an older facility, the unit we stayed in was quite pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were quite adequate. Unit was clean & well maintained though one shower vaucet continually leaked. Some of the lighting wasn't working & we weren't sure which switches operated which lights. We experienced a few roaches on a couple of days but they weren't persistent & we assume that it's a typical problem in that climate. The unit was a reasonably short walk to the beach. It was reassuring to have gated security to the property. The owner was very easy to deal with & provide adequate information for the available amenities to the property. Not luxury accomadation but comfortable & would recommend to anyone who doesn't have extemely high expectations.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
