Newly refurnished, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condominium overlooking one of two swimming pools in a beautifully landscaped complex. Directly across the street from public beach access (five-minute walk). Quiet, family-oriented, three-story complex with two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bicycles, and children's play area. A large supermarket is close by.
The condominium is located on beautiful Route 30-A, walking distance from restaurants, boat and bike rentals, coffee shops, video rentals, and beach apparel stores. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at no cost. The ocean is often a beautiful emerald green, and the beaches are uncrowded.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwood Villas
We came to Seagrove for a number of years for meditation courses and loved it! A unit came up for sale which was the same unit we used to rent for our meditation retreats. W@e bought it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to swim, kayak and bicycle. I am a photographer. I love walking around Seagrove and shooting black and white art photos. There are many fine medium priced restaurants near us which we consider a real asset. Just sitting on the swing on the balcony overlooking the pool is a great way to relax after leaving the hectgic city life of Atlanta.
Owner's Map of Beachwood Villas
I grew up in N.J. and went to school at the Univ. of Maine. Ruth was raised in Portland, Maine and also went to the Univ of Maine at the same time. We never met until 20 years later in Atlanta! We wanted to retire in Maine, but didn't want to spend winters there. We love the beach and Seagrove is only a 6 hour drive from Atlanta.

Wow,,,,what a wonderful, relaxing, fun filled 5 days. The place says welcome home right as you walk in the door. The energy in here is calming and inviting. Very clean and easy access to restaurants, beach and of course the pool. We sat on the balcony every night on the swing while watching the kids play in the pool....and the beach is only a 5 minute walk....I timed it! We used the beach chairs and umbrellas provided....The bike rental is right next door so we rented bikes and rode to Seaside (10 min) everyday.....Thank you for sharing your home....we will be back soon I hope....:-)

My partner and I have stayed at this condo many times and we always have a wonderful time! The place has everything that's needed for comfort and we especially love its location to the beaches and restaurants we love along 30A. We just had an opportunity to stay there recently and the condo felt especially good. I learned that may have been because of the plushy new carpeting but I keep thinking it's because of the wonderful owners. The condo has good energy! I'd recommend this condo in a hearbeat. Check it out.

This is a bright and cheery condominium well furnished, with very comfortable beds and a great view from the living room and master bedroom overlooking the pool and mature landscaping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our guests love it here. The condo is spacious, quiet and over-looks one of the pools. We are a five minute walk to the beach access which is directly across the street. The beach is beautiful with emerald green, clear water and white sand. There are great restaurants, bike and boat rentals, video rentals and clothing stores right next to the condo, so once you arrive you can say goodbye to your car for awhile and just relax. Water temperature are comfortable into November. Great location for families. Geat rates for snowbirds.
