This wonderful home sits on a beautiful stretch of beach on Hilton Head Island known as North Forest Beach. The house has a contemporary look and a very spacious layout. This is not your ordinary beach house. The design is such that there are two distinctive sides to the house, each with a separate entrance.
One side features three bedrooms, a living room and an open kitchen that overlooks the dining room and a spectacular view of the ocean. The other sides features another sitting area, a kitchen area, an open loft and two bedrooms.
The first side of the house has a large living room that has access to the extensive deck which leads to the private pool and jacuzzi. The open kitchen joins with the dining room, both with views of the beach. The wonderful oceanfront screened in porch is accessed through French doors off the dining room. Also on this level, is a bedroom furnished with a king bed.
This bedroom also has a full bath and direct access to the deck area. The master bedroom is located on the second floor nad also has a king bed. There is a full bath equipped with a jacuzzi tub and a private lanai providing fabulous views of the ocean. In addition, there is another large bedroom with a double bed and two twins.
The second side of the house features a living area with access to the oceanfront deck and a smaller kitchen. There are also two bedrooms on this side of the house. One bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a hall bathroom. The other bedroom is located on the second level and has two full beds, a private bath and a loft that overlooks the sitting area. There are flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom and throughout the house.
You can relax in luxury on your spacious deck and cool off in your private pool. The beautiful uncrowded beaches can not be beat. You can stroll or bike on safe, shaded paths to Coligny Plaza, the center of activity on the island. There you will find over 60 shops, restaurants and activities.
The unique layout of this home makes it the perfect choice for two families wanting to vacation together. You have plenty of room to enjoy each other and still have space to take time out for yourself. Come enjoy your vacation in this wonderful home on a spectacular beach!

A great place to stay. BRs and baths plentiful, large & with privacy. Location & views are superb. Right on the ocean with unobstructed views. Owner provides essentials for the week & you don't have to pack beach towels. 1 mile to Coligny with bikes on site. Highly recommend. Clean & well maintained. Owner, rental agency (Island Getaway) for key pick up, and cleaning crew all professional and courteous.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was our second time staying in Marc's home and it is a wonderful place to stay! Marc provides so many extras that many other homes do not: bikes, shampoo/conditioner in all bathrooms, laundry supplies for 2 laundry rooms!. The only thing the kitchen needed was food! There is a private beach acess from the house. The pool is large by comparison of others in the area with a spa in one corner, very nice. The house is very clean and well kept and the photos of it are true. We got to meet Marc when we arrived this time and he is a great guy, very willing to please and assist in anyway he can to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This house is close enough to Coligny to easily ride bikes to, but far enough you don't have any traffic issues to deal with, perfect setting for us! The only thing I would LOVE is this house being 1 pet allowed friendly after Labor Day:) We will most likely be booking this house again next year:)
