BEWARE! Dirty house - no assistance from owner - pool heater is broken!

This place is filthy. The furniture was dirty. The carpet is dirty. At least you don't have to remove your shoes...the appliances were filthy. We started our vacation by cleaning. The pool heater was not working and had not been working for some time...the owner did nothing to resolve the problem. It was just like Mary and Joseph - spending Christmas in a stable. BEWARE!!!!!

We rented the house in early February and the pool was 57 degrees, which was apparently acceptable to the owners. We expected a heated pool because that was what we were promised. We tried to remedy the situation for five days but the pool never did get above 57 degrees. There was also a broken window in the master bath, a huge water stain on the ceiling in the living room and the heating vents were disturbingly dirty. We have photos of everything I have said here.
