Footprints is a large private contemporary Grace Bay beach villa in Providenciales,Turks and Caicos. Privately set in an acre of tropical grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning Grace Bay Beach frontage and a private pool. Uniquely, the rate includes the services of a private chef and maid service (check out the large number of reviews to read about our famous 'Chef Nadine'!)
Every room enjoys westerly ocean views, with 2 of the en-suites having ocean facing bath tubs!. A large outdoor summer lounge is a unique feature, bedecked with Dedon furniture, as is the sunset deck with fire pit on the beach edge - to enjoy the wondrous sunsets. With an amazing Italian designer kitchen, Philip Starck sanitary ware, glass-walled dining room and second 'media' lounge (surround sound TV), the villa offer perfect luxurious beach living. The house is ideal for a Caribbean beach wedding too. Many have used Footprints for this and other events.
The villa is set at the eastern end of the Bay, and is close to all the main facilities the island has to offer, such as world class restaurants, good shopping and a well stocked supermarket

Your place is truly stunning. We so enjoyed getting to know the beach: the cool, soft sand in the morning, becoming toasty warm in the afternoon. Watching the sun pass over the amazing water each day. And the moon at night--simply magical. Happily, your villa complements and celebrates the beach beautifully. The modern design of Footprints is amazing and the attention to detail made our stay warm, wonderful, and luxurious. Your choice of high-quality bed linens, cozy robes, even the tiles under our toes made us feel as if we were having a once-in-a-lifetime experience. To have a fun, relaxed, Caribbean vacation with contemporary architecture and design as the backdrop was a dream come true! Thank you for sharing this special place with us.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The V& H Families 8-15 December 2012 We got married here at the villa! It was AMAZING! 80-85 degree – perfect! We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed Nadine’s FABULOUS food and cooking and held the marriage ceremony and reception on the sand. Nadine (love her!) Clayon and Anika (her little helpers) made our trip so special. Anyone who is considering a destination wedding should have it at Footprints Villa. The B & M Families 1-8 December 2012 We walked on the beach, went diving, even had a massage and facial at the villa (arranged by Cally). Smores at the villa beach side firepit. The B Family 22-30 July 2012 We chilled, drank, walked, drank, snorkelled, drank! The diving was one of the top places we have been. All the drive sights are first rate with lots of see, including JoJo the dolphin. At the end of the day you will not be disappointed. The H Family 16 – 23 June 2012 Nadine, Clayon and of course Cally. Nadine and her children were soooo special – her food was wonderful. The entire week was wonderful, very relaxing, beautiful home and view. Getting caught in a wave and rolling down the beach (it’s the truth!). having Nadine here to cook 2 meals a day was a bargin. About the owner: Having visited Provo for some years before purchase, we fell in love with the island and especially the Bay - Grace Bay Beach year after year wins the Travel Industries Best Beach in the World prize, so aimed to secure a site for a dream house. In 2009, we completed the build on the site we found, using a modern design and contemporary styling - and here it is! Footprints Villa.
Why the Owner Chose Other Providenciales Properties:
We designed it ourselves, so wanted to focus every room to the amazing beach and bay. The villa is west facing, so ensuring sun all day and incredible sunsets. Grace Bay has silky soft sand and clear blue sea so where better. We avoided the south side of the island, as also wanted to be close to Grace Bay Road (about 1 mile away) as all the facilities we knew were important to a great vacation were close by.
