Are you looking for a quiet relaxing place to vacation that is just 3 minutes to all the action? Do you want to drop your bags in a place that feels like a second home and not some cheap Mexican rental? Our condo was just tastefully remodeled and offers a design blend of modern and contemporary with wonderfully eclectic and stylish furniture. The finished concrete floors on the bottom level evoke an Italian Coast flavor and the open layout with floor to ceiling glass and open beam ceilings give it a wonderful Beach House Villa feeling.
The unit has 1 King size bed in the ocean front Master and 2 Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a powder bathroom downstairs as well. The two bedrooms look down through shutters to the common area below making a great Loft Style feel. The unit is appropriate for up to 4 adults. We do not allow children as it is an adult environment with many beautiful glass pieces of furniture, etc. We do not allow smoking, except for on the balcony outside with the door closed. Sorry, also no pets are allowed.
Solomar is a great full security building that is just a 3 minute cab ride from the Romantic Zone of downtown, which is our favorite area. The “South Shore” area where our unit is offers the traditional-style Mexican architecture that feels very warm and is the true essence of Mexico, as opposed to Nueva Vallarta or Punta Mita which just seem like any American suburb.

You can go on Jungle Tours, or Paragliding, or Hiking, or a fun day trip to Mismaloya, or Sayulita or other closeby "pueblo" style towns, of course there is world class sport fishing, and sailing, and jet skis, and snorkeliing, you can rent scooters or mopeds and on and on! Hi there my name is Jason and my wife and I own a 2nd home here in Puerto Vallarta. We are real estate professionals and enjoy getting away for short vacations. We love our condo as it is so peaceful and a tranquil retreat...and of course the action of the city is a 3 minute cab ride away!! (or bus!!). We enjoy sharing our unit with others, adn keep it in tip top condition so that everyone is pleasantly surprised upon arrival.
Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We love Puerto Vallarta becasue of its tropical climate, wonderful people, and rich culture. We bought our unit in the south zone becasue of the traditional architecture, very quiet area, gorgeous ocean views of the entire bay from the waters edge, going to sleep to the sound of crashing waves, and its close proximity to the action of the city, especially Old Town aka Romantic Zone. We just love it there, and we bet you will too!! Its the perfect location...not too close...but not too far...
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our unit is a true Beach Front first floor unit. The ocean is just a baseball's throw away from you, and it is NOT a public type beach where everyone/anyone comes and vendors are selling stuff. It is the most peaceful place on earth. The sound of the crashing waves putting you to sleep every night is worth the price of entry alone! Watch the dolphins play or the wales breach from the patio.
