Our condo was just tastefully remodeled and offers every comfort of home, including satellite TV, VCR and new movies, DVD player, new washer & dryer, every kitchen appliance you could want, high thread count linens, deep-soaking travertine tub, full security, and your concierge and ambassador to the city- our uncle who moved down there full time from the U.S. and can help you with any questions you may have.
The unit has 2 King size beds, and is appropriate for up to 4 adults. We do not allow children as it is an adult environment with many beautiful talavera, mexican glass vases, etc. We do not allow smoking, except for on the balcony outside with the door closed. Sorry, also no pets are allowed.
Punta Negra is a great quiet area, just a 5 minute cab ride from the Romantic Zone of downtown, which is our favorite area. The South Shore offers the traditional-style Mexican architecture that feels very warm and is the essence of Mexico, as opposed to Nueva Vallarta or Punta Mita which just seem like any American suburb.

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We love Puerto Vallarta becasue of its tropical climate, wonderful people, and rich culture. We bought our unit in the south zone becasue of the traditional architecture, very quiet area, gorgeous ocean views of the entire bay from the waters edge, going to sleep to the sound of crashing waves, and its close proximity to the action of the city, especially Old Town aka Romantic Zone. We just love it there, and we bet you will too!! Its the perfect location...not too close...but not too far...
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit is on the 4ht floor, which is just below the main road so it has zero traffic noise, and you can even bypass the elevator as its just one small flight of stairs off the lobby. If you drop a baseball off our balcony, it will land in the pool, and if you throw a baseball off our balcony it will land on the beach or in the ocean depending on your arm!!! (and please don't throw baseballs off our balcony!! LOL)

We love our condo as it is so peaceful and a tranquil retreat...and of course the action of the city is a 5 minute cab ride away!! (or bus!!).
