It's the ultimate luxury beach vacation in a delightful, recently upgraded, four bedroom, three bath, beach house treasure in exclusive Old Florida Village in Santa Rosa Beach. This community on 30-A is relatively new and located within steps to bicycle paths that will take you along the adorable beach communities of Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf Place, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
Our beach house is in a prime location overlooking one of two community pools, you are minutes from the beach, shopping, and many great restaurants. You can take the short walk (800 yards to the beach) to soak up the sun on our famous sugar white beaches and play in the surf in our crystal, emerald waters.
This tropical beach house paradise is brimming with special touches throughout like granite counter tops. Riverstone Tile floors throughout the entire second level and private porch off the main living room add to the private oasis and ambiance. You'll enjoy many peaceful mornings sipping coffee on your porch overlooking the pool before heading out to the beach for another sun drenched day of emerald-colored waves that lap the shores of our sugar white beaches. Beach Bungalow has many fun handpainted art pieces from a local famous artist. You can view her work at the popular restaurant, The Red Bar in Grayton Beach or Shades restaurant in Seaside. This beach house includes all the comforts of home including first-class furnishings, a TV/VCR/DVD combination in every room. And for those of you who must 'work' while on vacation, you will appreciate the recent addition of wireless high-speed Internet/DSL service as an added benefit.
The master bedroom is a private Island paradise. Decorated with elegant colors and appointed with lush, luxury king size bedding and featherbed topper, you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. A private porch with comfortable Adirondack chairs completes your relaxing getaway. The master bath includes both a stand-up shower along with a tub to melt away any stresses from work or home. His and hers closets along with hand accent painted chest of drawers offer ample storage for a week or a month in paradise.
Also located on the main floor, the beachy bunkroom includes a complete bunkbed. This fun room comes with a mounted TV, VCR/DVD, and the PS3 can easily be hooked up for entertaining the kids when they are not in the pool, riding bikes, or at the beach.
The guest room on the first floor is a whimsical suite with bright colors and queen-size luxury bedding. It is tucked away in the rear of the home overlooking a private beach forest.
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with the kitchen and main living room. Perfect for teenagers or perhaps a nanny. This fun surfer style room includes 2 twin beds. There is a full bath just across the hall.
Old Florida Village is a quaint new neighborhood of 67+ colorful 'Seaside-cottage-style' homes with winding brick-lined streets and lush, tropical landscaping. ''Beach Bugalow' is positioned directly across from the second community pool and definitely stands out from the crowd! You'll appreciate the soft Khaki exterior color and Caribbean Mango accents that adorn the front of this cottage. Beach Bungalow is a great place for your next vacation! It is perfectly located in Santa Rosa beach- close to beach, shopping, and dining! Tons to do in the area- very family friendly. The home has all the amenities you need and is conveniently located close to the pool. I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Gorgeous vacation home, amazing beaches, fun shopping and delicious restaurants!!! We stayed at Beach Bungalow with extended family and had plenty of room in this beautiful home!! We just returned from Beach Bungalow and had a wonderful vacation! The house is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable for 2 families of four. The layout is very relaxing with the bedrooms on the lower level and the kitchen and main living upstairs. The beach is just a walk away although I recommend driving since it is quite a distance if you're carrying anything. The best part of this house hands down is the proximity to the pool! It was so nice to be able to walk right out the door to the pool. We had a great vacation and would love to go back sometime!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The property was fantastic. Right next to the pool and a short shot to the beach-owner was helpful, courteous and description was 100% accurate. Plenty to do and see, or just stay in and enjoy the home which we did on a few nights at the kids request. One of the most enjoyable and relaxing trips our family has taken in some time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Beach Bungalow for Spring Break 2012 and LOVED it. The home is nestled in a quaint and quiet village just a short walk or drive from the beach! The home was equipped with modern conveniences and new appliances. It was also stocked with plenty of serving necessities and kitchen gadgets. It was artfully decorated and very relaxing as the upstairs houses the kitchen and main living area, which allows for more privacy. With Seaside and Destin not far, there are plenty of shopping and dining choices. The people are friendly and the beaches are clean and not too crowded. I am confident you will love this vacation spot!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have just returned from such a wonderful, relaxing week at Beach Bungalow. It is well equipped with everything that you would need. It was such a great little location as well, situated in a quiet development with the pool just a few steps away from the house. Loved the Santa Rosa area; relaxed, unpretentious and a good choice of little restaurants. We loved Lucielle's Gossip Parlor and having lunch at The Smiling Fish and of course Goat Feathers. We took a couple trips over to Seaside and also Destin. There is just so much to do. We loved living the 30A lifestyle, the daily ice cream truck was the icing on the cake for our three kids. We are already talking about our return visit for next year! Thanks!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Beach Bungalow was THE PERFECT vacation! Santa Rosa Beach was so beautiful; not crowded or noisy but plenty to do close by! We went in September 2009 and we can't wait to go again. The home is gorgeous and my daughter still talks about the room she slept in. My mother, my husband, our 4 kids and I had lots of room in this spacious house. It was so nice to have the pool right there and the beach just across the street from the neighborhood. There are wonderful places to eat in the area. My kids kept asking if we could move there! I'm ready!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
