Beautiful, South Lake, Lanier home.View Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Double deck party dock deep water no matter what conditions. You can bring your boat!Or rent our pontoon boat for an extra fee. Covered patio overlooking lake. Top deck with JennAire grill. Kitchen has granite counters and new top-of-the-line appliances. Thermidor range/oven for you gourmet cooks. Dark stained pine wood floors cover main living area. Plush Karistan carpets in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have luxury plush beds. Four televisions. Decorated with new furniture in a tasteful design. Beautiful landscaped property with well-marked paths. Easy walk to lake . Beautiful view of lake (year round) Non-smoking home. Sorry NO pets.
