You will love all the fun things to do at this private beach place! This condo is in a building with just 4 units. It has a great pool, outdoor stainless steel kitchen, outdoor pool table, huge BBQ grill for fabulous cook-outs - all directly on the beautiful beach of Indian Rocks (there are NO rocks - the sand is perfect!)
Come and see why we have more and more return guests each year who claim this is their favorite place on the beach.
The owners (who also own a decorating business) have completely redone the unit with upscale furnishings and decorations. The kitchen will be completely remodeled in November 2011 with new appliances and cabinets as well as granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedding includes high thread count sheets. All the comforts of home and then some!
Balcony overlooks the beach and pool. Two sets of stairs allow easy access to parking as well as beach.
The Master Bedroom, with its private bath, has a seating area and Cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a TV as well. The third bedroom has a micro-suede Queen sleeper sofa and a 3rd TV. The living room has tremendous views and a wood-burning fireplace for our Winter guests.
And if you just can't leave your work at home, wireless internet access is available.
There is also a bonus room available on the ground floor with a big screen TV for additional common space for your family for an additional $50 per day. (Not used for additional sleeping)
Availability on this unit will be limited to minimize wear and tear. Sorry, but absolutely No smoking or pets allowed!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything one needs is here if you want to eat in. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. Close to all amenities. Owners excellant at getting back when called. Will come back!!!
