You will love all the fun things to do at this private beach place! This condo is in a building with just 4 units. It has a new pool, outdoor stainless steel kitchen, outdoor pool table, huge BBQ grill for fabulous cook-outs - all directly on the beautiful beach of Indian Rocks (there are NO rocks - the sand is perfect!)
And if you just can't leave your work at home, wireless internet access is available.
The owners have completely redone the unit with upscale furnishings and decorations. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedding includes high thread count sheets and down comforters. All the comforts of home and then some!
Balcony overlooks the beach and pool. Two sets of stairs allow easy access to parking as well as beach.
The Master Bedroom, with its private bath, has a seating area and Cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a TV as well. The separate den has a micro-suede Queen sleeper sofa and a 3rd TV. The living room has tremendous views and a wood-burning fireplace for our Winter guests.
Availability on this unit will be limited to minimize wear and tear. Sorry, but absolutely No smoking or pets allowed!

Mid Season...$1200/week - Jan 30-Feb 12, 2010, Apr 17-May 21,2010, winter holidays
Peak Rate ... $1700/week - Feb 13-Apr 16, 2010 and July 4th and Memorial Day
All Others: $1000/week
One time cleaning fees of $95 added, 12% tax will be added
Discounts considered within 30 days of rental period.
Rentals for summer and peak months are Sat-Sat stays preferred.
