We stayed here for three days in July with my children and my parents. It is a penthouse unit on the 15th floor with incredible views. It was extremely clean and beautiful in a tri-level setup. What a great stay for all of us. With the "big scare" of going to Mexico, it's the best time to go with less tourist pressure on the town. This of course is unfortunate for the local economy. The manager of the unit also cooked dinner for us (as an additional service), and it was truly incredible. My mom is still raving about it. The entire building is very clean and safe, two elevators, and great pool and two jazcuzzi's with beach front access. The beach gets a little crowded on weekends but was perfect on weekdays with all sorts of interesting vendors. My kids flew kite, rode horses, swam in the surf, all on the beautiful beach.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I stayed in this condo about 5-6 years ago with ten of my friends for New Years one year. I have and would recommend this luxury condo to everyone looking for a fantastic place in and around Rosarito. Imagine walking into an MTV Cribs location and this would be something like that. I had never written a review before but I figured I finally should since I recommend this place all the time to friends and family. Your search is over.... pick this place :O)
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

me and 7 friends stayed in this property for spring break, however 4 left after the first night due to Rosarito being empty at night due to bad press over the last few years and they wanted a crazy spring break like we had seen in clips from previous years. the other four of us decided to stay as it really is a beautiful penthouse in a fantastic location, we all had a great week we had things to do everyday and when the weekend came there were a few people out still not many tourists though. There is gocarting and horse riding very close by' and there is a tourist office in rosarito beach hotel offering more excursions. we also bought fishing rods and went fishing off the pier not so successful on our first attempt but out second try we caught almost 20 fish perfect to take home and grill on the bbq, we left the rods in the apartment for future guests to use. The only downside was the you had to ask for the hot tubs to be turned on during the week so you had to wait for them to heat up. i completely recommend this as a couples get away or as a relaxing family break the four of us who stayed loved the place and i plan on going back with my girlfriend at the end of this month. Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday!!
