Location: Deerwood, Minnesota, USA (Located 5 miles south of Aitkin)

Accommodations:  Cabin, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

This log home sits on 1 -1/2 private acres with 168 feet of shoreline. There is a large 12x42 screened-in porch, ideal for enjoying the lake view while barbecuing. A large patio in front of the cabin offers an excellent view of the lake and fire pit. There are 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and one 12 foot fishing boat available to use at no extra cost. The 30 foot high ceiling of the Great Room adds natural lighting to the warm log interior, which offers an open and airy view of the lake. The kitchen is open to the Great Room which allows for fun entertaining or cozy conversations by the fieldstone fireplace.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with pocket doors for additional privacy. A custom staircase adds character to the full logs leading up to a large loft: great for lounging, reading a good book, or just overlooking the panoramic view of the lake. Besides the loft, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the upstairs. One of which is 12x10, the other 12x15 with a log ladder leading up to a loft- great for teenagers. There is a total of 2400 square feet of finished space. There are also 2 Queen size air mattresses in the walk-out basement for additional sleeping.
