Map & Owner's Profile
Year Purchased: 2008
Why the Owner Chose Palermo SohoI actually bought this unit several years ago while they were building the building. I bought because of the amazing location. I also love properties with incredible views. The view is totally unobstructed on the 22nd floor so it's amazing. The building is extremely high end and has 24/7 security, gym and pool. It doesn't get much better than this. The location is really great and it's only 1.5 blocks from a subway station. I loved it so much I also bought a suite on the 21st floor as well and furnished it exactly identical. I also purchased MANY other units in the same building for clients including the penthouse on the 29th floor.
The Unique Benefits at this ApartmentLocation, location, location 24/7 security POOL GYM, sauna, view
The subway station is just a few blocks from the apartment. It makes it so convenient.

Successful entrepreneur that believes that you should live each day like it's your last. What would you do if you had 3 years to live? I would travel the world and see places and do things that most people only dream about. I truly believe that you should be with the person you enjoy being with, you should visit the cities you've always dreamed of visiting and you should live in a city that you are passionate about. I found that most people complain about various aspects of their lives yet they do nothing to change it. To me it's very simple. If you aren't happy with your partner you find another one. If you don't like your job - quit and find another one. If you don't like the city you are living in - move to another one that you like better. Life is what you make of it. Most people lead very ordinary lives. They have an ordinary job, live in an ordinary house and do ordinary things. I found that if you want an extraordinary life you must do extraordinary things.

+++. Ultra safe neighborhood, 24 hr security for apartment +++. Apartment maintained like almost new, the 21st floor view is incredible, makes you feel special at all times of day & night, with the vastness of Buenos aires just stretching below you... The staff was very responsive and sent handyman to fix the couple of problems we noted. Excellent Wi-Fi & Internet connections, Our family of 4 had multiple devices connected at all times. All major TV channels nice!! +++. Outstanding location - 3 blocks to Metro, 2 blocks to grocery stores, drugstores, multiple restaurants and cafes, 15min walk to jumbo big big supermarket Walmart equiv. - Hot water went on the blink one morning, could not fix it with reset buttons, unit fixed itself within the next 3-4 hrs, but not there when needed for shower. Make sure you ask what you do if this happens. Closet door got stuck one evening around 6pm, had to battle with it to just access clothes, had to wait until next morning around 9:30am, handyman fixed the problem. No access to property mgrs except during office hours of 9am-5pm... - This seems to be a design feature of all bathtubs in all of argentina, but the folks do not believe in shower curtains. After your shower, expect that you will spend a few minutes drying up all objects closely, that got soaked from the shower, and keeping them further away. What's up with this annoyance?? We noticed this same design feature at the Sheraton in Iguassu... Overall, Our family was very pleased with this apt, and the managers, we recommend this highly. Other tips: * I discovered Hostel Suites International with 1.5blocks of UNO. This was a godsend, the reception folks are friendly, they spoke English. I arranged a city tour for my family of 4 with them, a Tango show dinner, bike rentals, bike tour of neighborhoods, just awesome... This chance discovery improved my Ba experience exponentially, especially given my zero Spanish skills... * Reading that pickpockets abound in Ba, plus that taxi drivers can cheat you, I was extra cautious. But I had zero issues with anyone trying to take undue advantages with my my family of four. We even rode the Metro during non commute hours safely, took taxis all over the place. Very gorgeous apartment !! Worth the extra dollars in spades...

My family and I were staying in Bariloche and decided to go to Buenos Aires last minute. I contacted apartmentsba for a unit in the UNO building, it was a Sunday on a long weekend and we wanted to arrive the following day on Monday. I spoke directly with the owner of the company, he explained that the units were not ready and not cleaned but said that he would try to get a maid in last minute to clean 2 studios for us. We arrived the following day and everything was organized, apartmentsba did everything possible at the last minute to ensure the apartment was perfect for our stay. I’ve rented many apartments in Buenos Aires and this unit has by far the best views I’ve seen, at night the views across the city are breathtaking. My father loved the view so much that he preferred to stay in most nights and have dinner on the balcony to enjoy the incredible views. The apartment has been furnished with all top quality furniture, beds and bedding. Mood lighting has also been added. The location is perfect just 3 blocks from the Plaza Italia subte and only a few blocks from Plaza Serrano. Everything you would need is within walking distance. The building also has a gym on the top floor (31st), it must have the best views of any gym in Buenos Aires!! We had a memorable stay, I would definitely rent one of these apartments again, apartmentsba customer service is excellent, I highly recommend them!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.
