My family had the best time at your condo. I loved the location and how quiet it was in Litchfield. You could not ask for more. The location was perfect for my wife and I. The beach is behind you and the lake in front, awesome. All of the amenities were wonderful; tennis, swimming pool, restaurants, all very close. A very family friendly location and BEAUTIFUL!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful community with well maintained grounds. The villa was very comfortable and contained everything that was needed except a hair dryer and a paring knife. It was a very short walk to the beach. All the restaurants were fabulous. Especially liked Bistro 317. I liked all the area attractions for the good weather days. On the rainy days, we visited the thrift stores and consignment shops. I would happily recommend this property and hope to return some day.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The location is excellent for many activities. The rental was very clean and is well-maintained. Owners were available to answer questions. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone wanting accomodations in Pawley's Island. Our favorite restaurants: Pawley's Island Tavern and Perrone's.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

My Family and I stayed here for 6 days and could not have been happier. The view to the lake from the deck was magnificient, lots of nature to observe. The space was good for the 6 people that stayed there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We could not have stayed at a nicer place. Mr. and Mrs Jones were wonderful people to rent from and helpful with any questions that we had. I recommend this rental and plan to return again in the future. We also ate at Lee's Inlet Kitchen and it was wonderful. They have specials before 6PM and the variety was good. Thank you for the use of your condo and we look forward to returning in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This Heron Marsh Condo is a great place to stay for a Litchfield vacation. Very reasonably priced! The decor is very nice and all the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need and the appliances are up to date. There is even HD TV. Litchfield by the Sea is a fantastic spot for a family vacation or otherwise. Only minutes to the beach (and the beach is beautiful! shallow entry to the water great for kids!), the owners generously open their storage cupboards for bikes and beach chairs, and then you can go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon. We recommend Ocean One (you can walk down the beach to dinner!) and Flo's Place in Murrell's Inlet for dinner but there is lots to choose from. Enjoy!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was are first time to rent this condo and it was perfect. It had everything that you would need and more.The golf courses in the litchfield area are great, so many to choose from and so close to the condo. The beach is so beautiful, very close ( 2min walk) and not so busy like the Mytle beach area. The restaurants in the area, Bistro 217, Quigleys, Louis's and the Hanser House(the she crab soup) are all excellent. We love the Litchfield area and we will definately be back. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owner are great to deal with, they are very helpful and everything went so smooth. Thank-you both so much for such a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo we found through VRBO was just right. It had all the amenities we needed, it was comfortable, pleasant, close to everything including the beach, pool, tennis courts and had bikes which got a lot of use! We would go back again. The owners were great--very accomodating and friendly. We loved our vacation at Litchfield By the Sea!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

we found this condo to be a perfect vacation spot. the owners were very helpful, and they clearly use the condo as well, so it has all those little things that are important to make you feel at home. it is very clean and beautifully decorated. the location is excellent, and Litchfield by the Sea is a great resort. It was about a two minute walk to the beach. The children never locked their bikes. the shopping center with grocery store and restaurants across route 17 is a pleasant 15 minute walk away, and we have never seen a more beautiful shopping center. there are bike trails everywhere. we hope to make it back someday.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful 3 month stay in this villa. The owners couldn't have been more accomodating, were easy to contact and the place was immaculate when we arrived! It was large enough when we had guests, and the gated community made us feel very safe. The view of the lake has given us lots of wildlife to follow including the jumping fish, herons and osprey. It's a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach where we watched dolphins, sunbathed, and picked up shells. Its the best of everything here and we were fortunate to have a mild winter. The Pawleys Island/Litchfield is the best area near Myrtle Beach where there is peace and quiet and yet close enough to take in all the fun of Myrtle and the food from Murrells Inlet and the Pawleys Island area. I would not hesitate to rent this villa.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed in this unit twice. The deck is huge and overlooks the lake where we saw many herons and even an allegator! The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, many pots and pans (even a large shrimp pot). Spacious enough for six of us. Location is a 5 min. walk to beach, grocery stores across highway. You get a lot for the price and we'll be back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a blast this past weekend at Pawley's Island and was thoroughly happy with this condo. It was exactly as it is portrayed on the website, the owner and property managers were VERY easy to deal with, very nice and very accomodating. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone! Also, the beach is a really short, easy walk away. The pool and tennis courts are also close and all the neighbors were very quiet. We will definately be returning!Owner response: The bedding now is a king on the downstairs level which is a swing king so that it may become twins which swing away from each other; picture on VRBO is the bed made as a king . And thank you and look forward to your return.

Just enjoyed another wonderful week at Heron Marsh #75! I have stayed in this lovely unit for the past 3 years. The unit is extremely well appointed, and the decor is beautiful and comfortable!(What a bonus when renting!)The Marsh, located directly in the back affords lovely views and fantastic bird watching! I have just returned from my third visit to Heron Marsh and, as always, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The unit is attractively decorated and so comfortable. It has great beach access and is very close to shopping centers and local restaurants. My favorite part of Heron Marsh 75 is the back deck! It is so relaxing to sit outside and read or enjoy the sunshine while enjoying the view of the lake and the birds including the namesake herons. Once again my stay at Heron Marsh 75 was relaxing and enjoyable. The villa continues to improve with each visit - the newly decorated master bedroom (upstairs)is light, airy and comfortable. The downstairs twin bedroom now has a flat screen TV with a DVD player so you can fall asleep watching a movie. It was a such a plus having access to wireless internet in the villa as several members of my family could be on the internet searching different sites at the same time. My wife and I have enjoyed our stays in Heron Marsh 75 on more than one occasion and when the opportunity arises to relax we first determine if this unit is available. While it is situated very close to the beach (about a football field away), we find that we enjoy having coffee in the mornings on the large deck which overlooks the lake and watching the herons, birds and jumping fish before moving to the loungers for a short nap. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the furnishings are first class. Across the highway are a Piggly Wiggly grocery, ABC store, video and DVD rental, shopping for ladies apparel, coffee house and restaurant with memorable chicken wings. The personnel in the health club are attentive and the pool, weight room, and cardio vascular room are always meticulously maintained and operable. Golf courses are ubiquitous. I strongly suggest that you view the photos of this unit and book for you will not be disappointed. This unit is one of the best I've ever seen. It is updated, has an excellent layout, can accommodate 6 comfortablely, is only minutes from the beach and has a deck that is large enough for an 8 to 10 person dinner. I feel asleep reading outside one day because the sounds of the marsh were so enjoyable and the lounger chair was so comfortable. The pool is very nearby and was not crowded in the least. I can't wait to go back! If this unit is available you should rent it before someone else does – you can’t go wrong.Owner response: We look forward to your return visit.
