New Granite Kitchen and Travertine Bathrooms planned for the Fall of 2011. (See Pictures) This unit includes a king bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
You'll enjoy amenities, including a pool which is heated in the winter, tennis courts, outdoor barbeque grills, a clubhouse, and more. On-site management office provides easy key pick-up.
Kid-friendly features like large outdoor lawn areas and no through traffic are appreciated by our many families who return for vacation each year.

We spent four nights at Chateau le Mer for our family vacation, 3 adults, 3 kids and one dog. The unit was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. I cooked several meals in the condo and was delighted to find everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare and serve our food. The washer and dryer located in the room was another convenience, in almost all the condos we have stayed at before you have to drag your laundry to a common laundry room in the complex, but not this time. We especially enjoyed the pool, the privacy of the unit and being able to walk across the street and onto the beautiful beach. I was a little concerned about returning to the Gulf after the oil spill last year, but if anything the beaches were more beautiful and pristine than before! This unit was a great value for the price and we will definitely be back.

I love it at the Chateau La Mer. We have stayed twice now and its so relaxing- easy to the beach and eating- my pups love it- and we dont have to take an elevator every time we want to go outside. Its quiet and peaceful

Chateau le Mar is a nice family-friendly place with a fabulous price to boot! The convenience to the waterfront as well as many of the attractions is perfect. We LOVED the fact that we didn't have to keep up with a room key. The coded door was great for the whole family. We'll be back! Thanks for everything Renata! We appreciate it!

chateau la mer was nice overall, it could use a little updating but it had everything we needed and it was clean!! It steps from the beach and we loved that and also the fact that is was close to some great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again! We love Destin, we go there every year at least once.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
