We absolutely loved everything about this unit. Finding a unit that is pet friendly and of this quality is very hard to do. We were so thrilled to be able to bring our Chihuahua with us. This unit is a pet owners/ golf lovers dream. We especially loved having the use of a golf cart to get around on the resort. The furnishings were modern and of excellent taste and quality. The pics of this unit are great, but seeing the unit itself is even better! This house is located on hole #1 fairway of the Linkside course which is beautiful, you also have a breathtaking view of the bay. The owner is very sweet and stays on top of things. She quickly addresses any concerns you may have.The jetted tub was blissful. We were so impressed with this unit/owner that we are recommending our friends book and are already planning our return trip next year. 5 star rating. We can't wait to come back! :) you can't go wrong booking this property!!!

"Our favorite get-away" Once again, another great vacation. My Mom, my dog and I were fortunate enough to stay at 407 Linkside the last week of april. It feels like a home away from home. The house is always clean and has everything we need. My dog is happy here which is a big factor in planning out of town trips. The location could not be better. We can ride our bikes or take the golfcart almost everywhere we want to go. You have the golfcourse in your backyard, the beach just thru the tunnel, and great shopping and dining right there. Mom enjoys getting up early and doing her Bible reading on the back patio. Basically we loved everything about our stay and the only thing we did not like was when it was time to leave.

This is an outstanding vacation getaway. Shore Dreams takes care of their clients and goes out of their way to insure their clients have an outstanding experience. We will definately be back again.

The condo was large and well appointed. Appreciate the pet friendly attitude. Enjoyed the use of the golf cart.

407 Linkside at Sandestin resort is an excellent place to stay for people of all ages. Clean, friendly, and very accommodating. The rental includes a golf cart for use which is a bonus and an enjoyment.

We loved the area,the house, the golf course view and the convenience of everything so close and having the golf cart to get around in the resort. Look foward to coming back next year!!!!!!

We just returned home from a ten day stay at Linkside 407, had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very clean and nice. You can not go wrong by renting this house.

I enjoyed staying at this rental property in Sandestin. The furnishings are very attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is large, with many cabinets, and well furnished with all one needs to cook and serve a meal. The pub table in the kitchen is a great place for a casual meal for two. I appreciate the living room plus a sunroom, so if someone wants to watch TV in the sunroom, the other can read in the living room. It's convenient that an amenity card is available to use throughout the Sandestin resort. The big plus for me was that this property is pet friendly, since I stayed 5 weeks and was able to bring my dog. I'm looking forward to returning in February for another month's stay. I staid at this place a few months ago with my granparents and cousin!It was so beautiful and it had an amazing view!It was so beautiful and we are going back to stay at that same place on the last week of july!! thanks!!

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. Your home was very comfortable and we loved the location. The amenity card was a real plus! We had such a great time we are planning to stay 2 weeks next year!!!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
