This condominium is located on the South end of Hutchinson Island which is 40 minutes North of Palm Beach International Airport. The unit is on the third floor overlooking the first hole and fairway of the beautiful Indian River Platation golf course. From your screened launi you can watch the golfers or sit back and relax. It is walking distance to the IRP Marriott Resort where you can enjoy previleges such as golf, tennis, water sports, spa, hotel dining and the delightful sandy beaches! At the beach there is a tiki bar/resturant where you can enjoy tropical drinks or have a enjoyable lunch. There is a nice 42' flat screen to enjoy in the living room with DVD recorder. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 19' TV with an adjorning bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the Indian River. The unit also has wireless internet connection. There is a olympic size private pool for your enjoyment with outside bbq grill. Beach chairs, towels and cooler are provided in the unit.
A marked parking space is provided for unit and is located right near the elevator to third floor. This unit is right off the elevator which makes easy access for bags and groceries. Addtional guest parking is also offered. This unit has separate laundry room with a full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Everything you could want in a rental is here, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy!
Downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach are a short drive away with many Shops, Theaters and Restaurants. Treasure Coast Mall is also a short distance away where you can shop or just go to the movies. This area is world renowned for sport fishing and holds the title of Sailfish Capital of the World. The St. Lucie River, Indian River and ocean all provide endless fishing and boating opportunities. Local Marinas, boat rentals, fuel, boat ramps and supplies are avaiable.

Traveling around the country staying in many different places, I have to say this was one of the best places I have stayed. The owners we very accomadating, and took care of any requests we had immediately. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking which was great. I recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the area.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

The condo is very comfortable and has a nice view of the golf course. It's also well stocked with everything you will need. The walk to the beach is a tad far, but certainly not difficult and the pool at the condo is nice and close. Easy driving access to basically anything you need. The owers are very nice people and easy to work with so if you looking to spend some time away on beautiful Hutchinson Island give this place a look.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at property#70142.The condo is in a wonderful location and is very clean and well maintained. The listing description was definetely accurate regarding the location and the appearance of the rental. The owner of the unit was accessible ,by phone, for any questions we had.There is much to do in the surrounding area as well. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and would definetely recommend this rental property.Recommended for: Age 55+.
