Private access to 100,000 miles of ATV,singletrack or trail mountain Biking,horseback riding,four-wheeling,hiking,cross country skiing, snowmobiling,backcountry skiing and snowboarding,snowshoeing-Hardscrabble Mountain, BLM land and White River National Forest directly out of the property. RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR TO UNIT 44 HUNTING UNIT, TROPHY BUCK, ELK, BEAR, ETC. PERFECT FOR ALL AVID HUNTERS!!! Cold storage cooler on Site-way at the back of the property. Pasture and corralls for those wanting to bring their HORSES and ride out the back with NO TRAILERING-AS ALSO WITH ATVS, SNOWMOBILES, ETC. Clean, clear sandy swim pond with waterfall/water feature flows off Brush Creek and back to Eagle River from April to November (it is then cut off so the trout can survive the winters up here),lots of wood and rope swings over the creek for kids of all ages. Very private and beautiful with 2 horses and 2 calves in the front pasture-a real country and peaceful setting!!

Gerry was one of the first female snowboard instructors for Vail in 1992 and still teaches private lessons for Vail and Beaver Creek. She coached at Windell's snowboard camp in Mt. Hood, OR 1995-1998 summers where Shawn White, Gretchen Bleiler, Andy McDonald and Carey Hart, and many more extreme athletes were all campers and are her friends. She still attends the winter X-Games (she competed in Winter X boardercross 1997,1998) in Aspen every season and knows all the ins/outs of the games! She is an avid ATVer,biker,horseback rider,snowmobiler and backcountry snowboarder. She is a true mountain local and can makeyour Alpine Rocky Mountain visit the vacation of a lifetime-ALL FOUR SEASONS ARE AMAZING HERE!!!
She owns the property with her boyfriend Garrett, who is also an avid outdoorsman and has the handyman skills needed for a rental property, especially this gorgeous, unique, 100 year old remodeled, private log cabin!!!!
Gerry grew up running florists for her Master Florist mother and she and Garrett now own a custom/classic Holiday Decorating & Property maintenance company that keeps them busy year round!
