This is a newly built, professionally decorated, downstairs end unit, in the Toscana Way section of Vasari Country Club. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms and two baths plus the den is designed to serve as a third bedroom and has a full size sleep sofa.
The Master bedroom features a king-size tempur-pedic mattress, two walk-in closets, a walk-in shower and garden tub. Our guest bedroom includes two full size beds with closet. The separate den has a sleep sofa with a computer station. Our unit features upgrades throughout with tile floors, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. The lanai overlooks the lakes and 3rd green of the Gordon G. Lewis designed course. We are a short walk to both the club house, fitness club, pro shop and restaurant as well as the pool, hot tub and barbecue grill.
This is our only rental property and we also enjoy it. It has been furnished for our our own needs as well as yours in mind. We ask that the condo be kept smoke and pet free and hope that you will enjoy your stay.
Golf Information :
$424.00 (Vasari CC fee) will transfer the club membership for two for the duration of your stay. Play as much golf as you like for cart fees only. The membership also gives you access to the clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, etc. You will also have reciprocal golf privileges at many area courses from May-October.
