LIVING ROOM: Large spacious living room with two loveseats, one double-size sofa bed, games table, and four chairs. Multi-channel TV, VCR, DVD and CD Player. Treble patio doors open onto the rear patio and overlook the large private rear garden, patio and preserved woodland. Sun-beds and patio furniture is provided
DINING ROOM: Seating for eight is provided. Patio doors lead to covered porch/lanai area with gas BBQ Grill, table and four chairs.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Master Bedroom - King-size with en suite bathroom including a double tub, separate shower, double vanity unit, hair dryer, and flatscreen cable TV with integral DVD player. Bedroom Two - Queen-size with en suite shower, hair dryer and cable TV with DVD/VHS player. Bedroom Three - One Queen size and one single bed with cable TV and DVD player. Bedroom Four - Twin Beds. One further bathroom/shower shared between Bedrooms Three and Four. All bedrooms have ample closet and storage facilities.
KITCHEN: Large fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Bistro Table and four stools. Separate utility room with large washer, tumble dryer, iron, etc.
COURTYARD POOL AREA: Private, fully screened, 20-foot by 20-foot, illuminated, and heated Courtyard Pool features a jacuzzi/spa for your relaxation and a water fountain. (Pool and spa heating, optional at extra cost). Four sets of patio doors (three being bedrooms) open onto the secluded southwest-facing pool deck area which is furnished with upgraded padded pool furniture. External cooling fans are provided for extra comfort. All doors with access to the pool area are fitted with child safety alarms.
Our local professional management will provide additional services if required including high chairs, cots, maid services, food packs on arrival, attraction tickets, etc.
No smoking inside please. Smoking permitted in pool area and outside. All utility costs included. Linen and towels provided.

We found every aspect of our stay at Thousand Oaks perfect for our three generation family holiday. The location was perfect as all parks etc. are within easy reach, but to come home to a quieter area was ideal. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool is perfect for young and old alike. I would thoroughly recommend this property and we genuinely hope to take more family members to stay there in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We have rented this vacation home multiple times and each time we leave refreshed and rejuvenated! It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all the major attractions. The property is clean and well-maintained. Carole, the owner is easy to work with and the management company is helpful too. We have stayed at hotels and other vacation homes in the Orlando/Davenport area and none of them compare to this rental. If you're looking for a place to relax and still have the conveniences of home this is a great place to stay. Our family looks forward to returning this summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Stop here! This is the best kept secret of VRBO rentals in the Orlando\Disney area! Twice before finding this property we were disappointed in our pool home rentals and when we saw Thousand Oaks on VRBO we immediately booked it as it seemed perfect for our family of 6. When we arrived the property was even better than the pictures showed and we knew we had something special. Carol, the owner from Britian was a delight to deal with and couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful getting us set up for our holiday. I met the property manager when we arrived and I was struck by his professionalism and attention to detail in overseeing the maintanance of the home. We have already booked for this spring and as long as keep making our annual trip to Florida we will be staying here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
