This is a gorgeous 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment located on the Intercoastal Waterway only a few minutes south of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment's balcony has a spectacular view of million dollar homes and yachts.
The apartment has been recently remodeled. The renovations include a new kitchen and bathroom and the unit comes fully furnished. The large balcony, attached to the bedroom, overlooks the pool area and the Intercoastal. Our apartment building has been redone including a new pool area. For those who are active, there is a gym on-site. Tenants have easy access to washers and dryers downstairs.
Apartment’s location is ideal for all ages. The condo is across the street from Hallandale’s popular beaches, which have just been recently expanded. Several great restaurants are located in the area and there is easy access to public transportation. The apartment is located only 6 blocks away from the world renown Diplomat Hotel. Miami Beach is only 25 minutes away and the world famous Fort Lauderdale Boardwalk is only minutes away from our site. Several great malls are within easy access, including the Galleria and Aventura.
