All furniture is manufactured of wood cut from 100+ year old beams salvaged from ships, and has a rather rustic, yet elegant appeal. Custom drapes, tile and new carpets throughout. Balcony has cast aluminum high table with 4 tall chairs which aid views greatly..
AIP was rated one of the top 10 resorts in the US by a major resort magazine, and as you will discover, it still is. Amelia Island is an adult playground with some of the best shopping and restaurants in the country.

Had a 3 night stay in March - great experience. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We were able to cook a nice meal with ease. Perfect for a long relaxing weekend with friends. Bikes are available - but we were so busy relaxing, we never used them! The best feature is the view of the ocean. The deck was nice, but we found ourselves lounging on the comfortable living room chairs and couch while we gazed at the ocean from indoors! We were there doing a full moon so the ocean viewing was spectacular. Unit is quiet. Amelia Island is quiet. Shopping is limited. If you want to relax with the sound of the waves, this is the place for you.
Owner response:Actually shopping is great if you go into downtown Fernandina, or on to Sadler Road in mid island.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

What a wonderful place to spend your vacation!! This rental property is very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very easy to work with, and easy to reach, to be sure all our needs were met. The property is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you could need to have a great vacation. The area is perfect for families, with beautiful grounds, pool, and beach nearby...an easy walk. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on Amelia Island!!

Where do I even begin? This was our first visit to Amelia Island,but for certain will not be our last. My little family of three stayed 6 nights in this wonderful home away from home. This property was so very spacious and comfortable, well appointed in every way. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the nice cool breeze in the evenings was very relaxing. We went on a bike ride every morning after breakfast and enjoyed the wonderful pool and beach in the afternoon. The town was so very charming with lots of very good places to eat and we saw the most amazing sunset at the marina everyday we were there. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this property to anybody wanting a fabulous vacation they will never forget.

My stay in this unit was very comfortable. It was quite spacious and well equipped. The owner was very interested in making sure your stay is pleasant. He has included bicycles and toys and everything you need to not have to over pack. The overall facility was fantastic. Private with lots of places to walk and bike without cars trying to run you over. I took my young child and felt much more safe than most at beaches. This unit has great views of sunrise in front and beautiful sunset in the back. It was very (very) clean and felt like a home rather than a rental. The beach is great. The club was lots of fun for the children and a heated pool too! We would absolutely return to this resort and stay in this unit.
