Gorgeous 6th floor villa/condominium fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the AIP Ocean links Golf Course. Literally the best views on the east coast. Beautiful eastern ocean, golf and beach views from the balcony, and intracoastal as well as canopy view from rear balcony. Condominium has maple cabinets in a modern kitchen, with granite counter tops, Kitchen Aid range, pantry. Large rooms (1650 sq. ft.) include Living Room and Dining Room with full ocean & golf course views; dressing/makeup rooms with each bedroom, and large walk-in closets.
All furniture is made of wood cut from 100+ year old beams salvaged from ships, and has a rather rustic, yet elegant appeal. Custom drapes, tile and new carpets throughout.
AIP was rated one of the top 10 resorts in the US by a major resort magazine, and as you will discover, it still is. Amelia Island is an adult playground with some of the best shopping and restaurants in the country.
