  We stayed at this home with 3 other couples with a total of 15 people. The home is very nice but the cabana had a musty smell even with the dehumidifier, our girls had to move into the house it was so bad the mirror in the bathroom in the cabana was leaning up against the sink and the property manager came and fixed it right away but it never stayed up. Would not recommend if your looking for a pool its more of a hot tub size. It should not be considered a pool especially when the house sleeps as many people as it does. The second day we were there the washing machine broke and were without one for 4 days, which with 15 people was not very convienent then when we had to ask for compensation it wasn't even offered. We left the house in better shape then when we got there then when we received our deposit back they deducted $75 for excessive trash, which when we got there on Saturday there was a pile of trash from the last people. and on top of that we did not have excessiive trash considering we had 15 people in our house and the trash cans that they have are 2 small ones so of course it looks like a lot! Besides that the beach was about a 2 minute walk, quiet neighborhood that's really about it, and the property manager was very friendly. We just can't believe that they really deducted for the trash. So I recommend that if you have EXCESSIVE trash to use the dumpster across from the house..Will not stay here again.

I urge the readers to study the other comments before making up their minds about beautiful, safe, and very comfortable St. Martin Villa, and also to consider the quick, friendly and willing responses from us the owners and our great property managers.   THIS WAS A BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND MAINTAINED HOUSE! THE KITCHEN WAS THE BEST EQUIPPED KITCHEN OF ANY RENTAL WE HAVE STAYED IN! THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WHEN CALLED UPON, AND THE OWNER ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS PRIOR TO RENTING WITH HER. THE ONLY SLIGHT NEGATIVE WOULD BE THAT WE HAD TROUBLE FIGURING OUT HOW TO WORK THE TV'S...DIFFICULTY WITH THE REMOTES. OUR DAUGHTER GOT ENGAGED WHILE ON THIS VACATION, SO THIS HOME WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF OUR MEMORIES! WE WOULD DEFINITLEY STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FRIENDS!!

  We enjoyed this beautiful home. Very nicely furnished and spacious. Pool out back was great for entertainment while the grandbabies napped. We would highly recommend this location for an extended family group- it was perfect. Owners and managers were great to work with and deposit was returned quickly. Hope to return some day.

  Our family had a fabulous time at this property. The house is decorated so nicely and we didn't lack for anything. The beds are very comfortable and the house fit our grown children and their spouses and one grandchild. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice home by the beach!

  Our family had our best vacation ever in the St. Martin house. The decor and furnishings are beautiful, elegant, and most importantly..comfortable. The pool was a great place for us to gather to talk and play and have fun. We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

  This home was perfect for our family vacation. House was nicely decorated and very roomy. We enjoyed the private pool after spending the day at the beach. The very short walk to the beach was very pleasant. This house is in a great location with short trips to the Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, restaurants and everything else that we wanted to do. We can't wait to go back!!!

  Our family has been coming to Destin the last five years and we all agreed that this was the best vacation we have had so far.We loved the property and highly recommend it to everyone. We expect to book the property again in 2008.

  What a beautiful beach home. Light colors beautiful furnishings, a wonderful place for a family reunion, a young family getaway or simply a friends get together. Beautiful Gulf Views, private pool, many balconies with Gulf Views. What else could you ask for in a beach setting. Welcome
