We have been vacationing at this property for the past five years. The house is definitely five star- Impeccably Clean -Very spacious- Pool is beautiful- Owner is a joy to work with and it is only minutes to all of the Disney Properties. This property has endless amenities for the entire family to enjoy - ie. Movie theater, Kids playground, work out facility, huge clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts. I can't say enough good things about this property. It is really nice after a long day at the park to relax in your own house/pool with no other people around. There is no other property I would stay at when my family visits Disney World.

My family and I have stayed inside Disney Resort numerous times but thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room for everyone. It is so close to all the parks. After staying here, I don't think I will stay inside the resort again. The owner is a joy to work with. Looking forward to planning my next trip to this property !

This property was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time taking a vacation like this so to find a home such as this waiting for us was great. The home is spacious, had everthing we needed and is well maintained. The pool is well maintained and maintenance staff is a phone call away if you have any issues. Most of all Scott is very professional and very accomodating. Highly recommended!!! We were disappointed to learn that the home was not available for this years trip but hope our experience with the next rental will be as pleasant as this was. Richard, NL, Canada

Have stayed in this home 3 times and have happily recommended it to others. This trip we had a few minor issues which were relayed to Scott after our return home. He was always very easy to deal with and takes very good care of this home. I can only assume that these issues have since been taken care of. The house is just as it is in the pictures and is a very nice quiet community.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
