Located in a convenient and charming district of Paris (Republique-Oberkampf) and also the area is animated and pedestrian. The Flat is at the limit of 3rd and 4th arrondissement, the spot is fairly centered. Many of Paris' sites are within walking distance or reachable by means of nearby public transportation. Here at Republique, the greatest number of metro lines are linked together to bring you anywhere 'easily' within less than 30 minutes.

  • I stayed in Vito's place for a week in September. It was easy to book using the email and mobile phone details on the website. Vitos speaks excellent English, and was able to give me an introduction to Paris. It's a nice flat, exactly what I needed, with good transport connections for Paris tourism, in a nice area, with great services. Vito has since helped me out with other rentals, and I would definately recommend using his flat. Excellent. Clive

  • I have just returned from spending a wonderful month at Vito's and Slyvan's apartment. It is situated in an area that can be easily reached by Metro; it is in a clean and quiet building and the apartment itself, is fairly spacious. You have a large open kitchen and living room, a small bedroom and narrow but long bathroom. If you like walking, it is a stone's throw from the Oberkampf and the St. Martin Canal, a longer one into the Marias, one short block to several Metro lines. One thing that could be added is several reading lamps, there was one good one but the rest of the lighting was more decorative. Vito answered any questions I had and was there to meet us and his english is much better than my french. I would not hestitate to go back there again.
