The Chippewa River Lodge. Over 7,000sf under one roof. Formerly famous resort lodge. The Old Chippewa River Lodge is a great place to plan family reunions, corporate outings, corporate meetings, fish outings, snowmobile outings, and any event where lots of space and plenty of sleeping accommodations are needed.
The Lodge, located across from the famous Tuscumbia Trail, the longest ATV and Snowmobiling trail in Wisconsin, is available by the week or weekends. There is a large kitchen for preparing your best fixings. The separate dining room overlooks the front yard, shaded with hundred your old pines, and the Chippewa River. The classic pine sitting parlor, located between the dining room and bar is a nice place for relaxing between activities.
The Classic Bar area, (included in the rental rate, you supply your own spirits) with its stone fireplace surrounded by couches, is where you can tell all your old stories. If you get bored inside just step outside and enjoy the spacious yard that gently flows to the Chippewa River. You can take a trip down the River in one of six Kayaks that come with the rental of the Lodge. For a less strenuous River voyage jump in a inner tubes and float down the river.

WOW, what a great week! Just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay at Chippewa River Lodge. When you start taking reservation for next year, we would like to come back the same week, which would be July 19-26, 2008. In the years we have been taking these family vacations we have stayed at a number of different vacation homes. The Lodge offers some very unique and welcome advantages. The beverage cooler eliminated the daily ice runs to keep beverage coolers going. Wireless internet access worked great. The guest account on your system was used extensively for weather forecast (setup a favorite), personal emails and general access. The supply of firewood eliminates the mess of hauling wood. The kids used the new upstairs play area daily, very nice touch. The three TV sets with Direct TV on each is great. But above all these is the sheer spaciousness of the entire complex. The large lawn area outside for family games, campfires and river activities. Inside the game room, reading corner, large dining room and bar areas provided plenty of room for many diverse activity. All these amenities provide a perfect environment for a week of family fun. A family vote on whether to return next year was unanimous, so please sign us up. David, I wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time at your lodge this weekend. The weather held out for us, so we were able to enjoy being outside, explore the river a bit, and have a nice camp fire at night. Bob was also a great help. He gave a very thorough tour and even swung by on Saturday to check in with us.....which actually helped because we were then able to get the volleyball net set up. :) I definitely believe we will be contacting you again for another stay.
