Our retirement Villa is located as part of the new Sumter Landing community in the Village of Lynnhaven. It is convenient to both Town and Market Squares and only five minutes by golf car to the Arnold Palmer Golf and Country Club.
The Villa provides all the comforts of home. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a King-size bed, an ultra-comfortable mattress, HDTV, large walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined for a second King-size bed and also has a TV. A second full bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom. The great room with a full dining area that seats six includes a vaulted ceiling and is decorated in a rich, luxurious, African jungle motif. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dinette, and is equipped with all major and most minor appliances. We pride ourselves in offering a vacation home that is kept in near perfect condition.
