Our retirement Villa is located in the new Sumter Landing community in the Village of Lynnhaven. It is convenient to both Town and Market Squares and only five minutes by golf car to the Arnold Palmer Golf and Country Club.
The Villa provides all the comforts of home. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a King-size bed, an ultra-comfortable mattress, TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds that can be joined for a second King-size bed and also has a TV. A second bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom. The great room includes vaulted ceiling and is decorated in a rich, luxurious, African jungle motif.
