Our Patio Villa is newly remodeled, with Italian tile throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, french doors and custom plantation shutters. It is fully furnished, and features two bedrooms and two baths. Also included is a brand new four seat golf cart and computer with FREE Internet Service to set up tee times, or email friends and family back home.Outdoor gas grill for cooking out.
It has 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one and a half car garage. The Villa is located in the Village of Alhambra, which is equal distance between the two Town Squares. Its location is close to pools, tennis courts and the Nancy Lopez Championship 27 hole golf course.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the clubhouse pool bar and grill. Relax in one of the 15 pools and then head down to the Town Square for live music, dancing, and happy hour every night.
Dine in one of the seven country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants at the Town Squares. After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night Club for some late night live entertainment and dancing. No pets or smoking please.

Year Purchased: 2005
We live in Austin Texas with our young daughter. We love going to The Villages to stay in our house. We have tried to make it as comfortable as our home in Austin. It is great to be able to take the golf cart everywhere.
Why the Owner Chose Alhambra
My wife's father has lived in the Villages for years and we decided we enjoyed it so much that we bought a place of our own. Her sister owns the house next door so it is nice for our renters to have someone close by for questions and such.

This was our first visit to The Villages and this property did not disappoint. It offered all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable. The location was central and allowed us easy access to all golf courses and other facilities. One thing we would have liked to have access to was a barbeque. In the Florida climate its an essential. Other than that, we're very happy with our choice of rental.

I stayed here May, 2011. It has all the amenities I needed. Most rentals don't. I was there to learn about the Villages first hand to see if I'd like to move there. No final decision to date. The house is well kept and conveniently located. I shall return.

We stayed in January 2010. The property was clean, well maintained and had all that we needed for our stay. The computer, barbeque and golf cart were all well appreciated. While we had some difficulty with the phone, the owner very promptly arranged service and we actually had a new phone delivered the very next day. We enjoyed the access to so many golf courses. We played on 9 different ones, all easily accessible using the golf cart. Grocery shopping was also easily reachable using the cart too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property others.

This is our second year of renting this villa. We love it. It is located close to everything we want and the four seater golf cart is ideal for everything. From taking grandchildren who visit around the Villages to buying groceries at the grocery stores here. The included internet is helpful to me for my business and keeping connected to love ones. We looked at many places and have found this one clean, well maintained inside and out plus the owner very helpful when needed. We will rent it next year if it is available.
