CASA DEL SOL: Delightfully spacious 2200 square foot one level home with private guesthouse located in La Quinta Resort's world famous Mountain Course on the 10th fairway. Walk to secluded pools, tennis courts and world renown spa. Short walk to La Quinta Clubhouse with fabulous lake, mountain and golf course views for dining (breakfast,lunch and cocktails) and to watch your favorite sports on TV.

This lovely home features two very large suites with private baths, one with attached study. Both bedroom suites have king beds. The guest house with a private patio is fully equipped with a queen bed, tv, stereo, and mini refrigerator. The main house has a large fireplace in the living room with a 52" high definition TV. This home features a large private patio with overhead fan and barbeque with exquisite vistas of Santa Rosa mountains and the Mountain course on the 10th hole.
