    We spent four nights at the house and had a great time. It was a very clean and comfortable home with all the amenities that you would expect.

    My wife and I spent four wonderful and relaxing weeks at Casa Del Sol often entertaining visiting friends and family. This beautiful home is exactly as represented on the VRBO site. The location is superb being footsteps from golf, walking distance to the LaQuinta resort and 5 to 10 minutes from a variety of great restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the property's patio has a great view of the mountains with afternoon sunshine. You will find the property perfectly clean and neat. Relax and Enjoy.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    The property listing and photos accurately reflected the rental unit. In fact we felt the place was larger and met our needs to a tee. Owner was very helpful in answering questions and a very descriptive booklet was in the unit that provided information on the property and also restaurant recommendations as well as directions to the Airport etc. We go to Palm Springs to enjoy the great weather and play some golf. However we discovered from a friend who now spends winters in Palm Springs, Barego Springs and The Thousand Palms Oasis. I would highly recommend the Oasis. In fact, when I return I plan to visit several other Oasis's. The couples who joined us on the trip felt as we did and all of us would recommend this property to a friend or relative. I look forward to a return visit.

    I found this listing via VRBO. We were looking for a house to rent for New Years week. This house was perfect for my family of four and my sister and brother in law. Located right on the 10th fairway, the house has spectacular views, is walking distance to La Quinta resort restaurants and amenities, golf, tennis and pools. The 2 master suites are huge and the casita was perfect for sister and her husband. We are golfers, so we really enjoyed ending the day watcher others tee off while having a cocktail!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

    Our stay was very comfortable; the home was very roomy and very clean! We enjoyed the mornings having coffee on the patio. The afternoons were at the pool and back to the house for food and fun. The fireplace made every night extra comfy! We walked to the coffee shop almost every day and the Christmas decorations outside the main court area were breathtaking!! Our vacation here was awesome!!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Roomy and attractive with all the amenities needed. Well maintained and very clean. Property owner available by phone and helpful. Great location at our favorite location in the Palm Spring-La Quinta area. Roll out of bed and take a few steps to the clubhouse or sit on the patio with a sweeping vista of the tenth tee and fairway and mountains. Two pools a few steps away and great tennis courts. Great value. We have recommended this house to friends and relatives and will go back ourselves. The restaurants and coffee shop in the resort are excellent and within a seven minute stroll. Or, have a fine lunch with stunning view a few steps from the house in the golf clubhouse. You could spend your whole vacation in the resort and never get in a car.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    Owner response: I pride myself in being available by phone, email or text to all of my guests in the case that they have questions about anything upon arriving at Casa Del Sol! My main focus is the comfort and relaxtion for my guests while staying with us at Casa Del Sol in La Quinta. It's all about their "Vacation to Remember"!     What a perfect setting!Casa del Sol was a great location for all the activities are family enjoys. We could relax by the pool and jacuzzi. Tennis and golf across the street. Definitely plan to return again.

    My family spent part of February and March at Casa Del Sol. My family plays polo at the Eldorado Polo Club so we were very busy with our horses and tournaments. The house was just 5 minutes from the club and the accomodations were wonderful! Restaurants close by, tennis, and swimming were all enjoyed by the family. Thanks!

    What a lovely place to spend a week! There was so much to do, so many activities. We played golf, went to concerts, and dined at some wonderful restaurants in La Quinta and Palm Desert. We will be back! Thanks.

    We left a rainy Seattle day in November and found La Quinta in California to be a balmy 70 degrees and sunny! We spent a week at Casa Del Sol and played golf, tennis and swam in the refreshing pools. We also pampered ourselves at the La Quinta Spa with facials and massages. What a wonderful get-away!
