Getting ready in the morning is easy in this unit with three full bathrooms. The walkout lower level has its own living room for the kids with a 27" tv with dvd/cd player, nintendo (bring your games), games and toys. One bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a full sized washer and dryer on this level in the bedroom laundry closet, as well as a full bathroom.
The first floor has one bedroom with a queen sized bed cable t.v. and a full bathroom. Also on this level is a dining room which seats 8, and a fully applianced and outfitted kitchen (pots,pans,utensils,etc.) which has the following: dishwasher/stove/refrigerator/toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker etc. The wood fireplaced living room with cathedral ceiling has a 32" TV with DVD/CD/VCR in a full entertainment center.
The second floor loft has a sitting area with a full sectional, 27" dvd/cd/vcr/t.v.,Nintendo gaming system and desktop computer. Connected to the loft is a master bedroom with a king sized bed with cable t.v., vcr and dvd player, and full attached bathroom.
The third floor open skylighted loft bedroom (not appropriate for small children) has two full bed ands one twin bed. There is cable t.v and a vcr on this level also. There is an open deck with gas grill, and patio set, and a screened in porch off the first level.
All linens (towels,sheets,etc) are included. The unit is air-conditioned, and has central vacuum. There is a baby gate for the stairs, a pack & play, a portable high chair and a selection of movies for kids and adults. No pets allowed and this unit is smoke free.
In the Summer you will find plenty of lakes and rivers (Saco River, Echo lake) nearby for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating and fishing. There is also an abundance of hiking trails and rock-climbing areas. You can mountain bike, horseback ride, dirt bike ride, or take the family on a scenic bike ride.
Driving distance to miniature and regular golf, go-carts, as well as water slides and and an alpine slide. There is also quaint Conway Village, Summer theatre, concerts, Diana's Baths and Jackson Falls. The winter months offer downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, sleigh rides,ice climbing, snowboarding,sledding, snowshoeing, and tubing.
During the fall this is a great place to see the leaves change with the Kangamangus highway close by, as well as the scenic Conway and Cog railroad. The Fryeburg fair and apple picking are other fun Fall activities. You'll be close to Echo lake State Park, The Mount Washington Auto Road and Cathedral Ledge.
Shopping is available at over 125 tax free outlet stores in the Spring and the rest of the year as well. There are two close movie theatres and a drive-in over the Maine border. |
