This beautiful Isle of Palms home with 4 master bedrooms is located just a short walk to the beach. This house has partial ocean views from the rooftop deck, elevator, 2000 feet of large wrap around covered porches & decks, outside shower, gas grill, TV in every bedroom, WiFi (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.), elevator that goes to all the floors, private heated swimming pool (heated upon request, see below for fees), small playset (swings & slide) in the yard, and beautiful hardwood floors.
First floor includes a master bedroom with 2 queen beds & a private bath which includes separate shower, whirlpool tub, and has access to the first floor deck. The second master bedroom has a king size bed, first floor deck access, and shares a very large bathroom with another bedroom with a queen bed. Also on this floor is another master bedroom with a king bed which shares a large bath room with a bedroom with one bunk bed. There is also a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a queen sleepsofa and a full bath, and a laundry room.
The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a full bath. There is a master bedroom on this floor with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full bath room. There is another bedroom with a king bed, futon with inner spring mattress, & a full bathroom. The beautifully appointed living room which opens to the second floor deck has a queen sleepsofa. The large gourmet kitchen has a dining area and pantry.
Third Floor has a roof top deck, great for sunning has ocean views.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
*Pool Heat fees: 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.

This house is all the pictures show and more! We had a large group stay there in April and it was fantastic! The bedrooms are large, the living room/dining room/kitchen is perfect for a large group and even handled 9 women cooking!! The elevator makes the 3 stories manageable for even a disabled person. It's a short walk to the beach, but the path is clear and manageable for most. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for a large group. BTW: if you see a tripod, tell the owner. I left mine. :-(

We have returned home safely from our women's retreat at the Isle of Palms. The house was beautiful and even with 20 of us in it, we never felt crowded. We definitely plan to return.

Our stay at the house was great, it was like Christmas picking out a bedroom. The HUGE kitchen was to die for. The covered pool was perfect for our young ones, they could play on their own but still easy to reach them, and so nice to be right outside of bedroom hallway for a quick dash to the shower. Since the weather was perfect, we really enjoyed the porches. Bottom line, it's a fabulous house and perfect for family vacations. Our thanks to Nikki!
