Ski season is here - get your reservations now! Our condo is perfectly located in a secluded forest setting just 1.6 miles from the Winter Park Resort and walking distance from the shopping and restaurant area of downtown Winter Park. Backcountry skiing is available right from the front door on National Forest trails. The shuttle to the base of Winter Park stops at the front steps of our building.
Our warm, cozy, two bedroom/two bath unit is on the top (third) floor. It features vaulted ceilings and great views of the Continental Divide and the Winter Park ski area. It sleeps five to seven comfortably in its two large bedrooms and new queen comfort sleeper sofa. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second "bunk" bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed. The queen sleeper in the living room provides a great bed for an additional two guests.
The attractive, remodeled living area features a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, cable TV with DVD and VCR, and free wireless (Wi-Fi) high-speed internet access. There is a 2nd cable TV and DVD in the master bedroom. Vaulted ceilings and high windows give a light, spacious feel. You can plan your day on the mountain while sipping your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, as well as cooking utensils and tableware. Our condo also has books, games, and videos for the whole family.
At the Beaver Village clubhouse, you will find a well maintained indoor pool, three hot tubs, laundry facilities, high-speed internet access, locker/changing rooms, a free DVD lending library, a meeting room, and a game room. Towels for the pool are provided free of charge at the clubhouse. Beaver Village is one of the best run condominium developments in Winter Park. Our family-owned unit is one of the nicest in Beaver Village. We try to keep our rates lower than those offered through management companies. You will have a wonderful stay and enjoy a great deal too.
In the winter, the free ski shuttle picks up and drops off directly in front of the condo building. It runs frequently (every half hour during peak times) and will take you to the mountain for skiing, downtown to shops, restaurants and the skating rink, or to the tubing hill in Fraser. If you prefer to drive, the ski area is 1.6 miles away (an approximately 5 minute drive).
Backcountry skiing or snow shoeing trails in the Arapahoe National Forest start just 100 yards from the front door. There is also easy access to backcountry trails in the Indian Peaks Wilderness area and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The town of Winter Park offers excellent restaurants and shopping.
