This 8 bedroom 5 bathroom home is perfect for a family reunion, a retreat, or just a get-away with friends. Open your windows and hear the ocean roar! This property is also one of the only beaches that is yours all the way to the shore line. Just step out your door and you are standing on 50 miles of sandy beach.
The exclusive, gated community of Beach Road provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. Here, you can come to relax, surf, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coast bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch surfers, pelicans, and dolphins while you feel the romance and energy of the ocean.
Capistrano Beach located just 1.4 miles from Dana Point; a wonderful location to shop, dine, play on the beach or just relax. There are many Italian, Mexican, Chinese and other unique restaurants in the area. You will be able to go for a nice ride on your bicycle to get to a superb restaurant.

There is an additional bathroom as well.
Full kitchen, dining, and living area.
Unit 2, Upper level, oceanfront rental details:
5 bedroom 3 bathroom sleeps a total of 18 people.
Bedroom # 1- 1 master suite with one king size bed and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom # 2- 2 queen size beds next to the master bedroom.
Bedroom # 3- 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top.
Bedroom # 4- 1 king size bed.
Bedroom # 5- 1 set of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and full bed on top.
There are two additional bathrooms as well.
Full kitchen, dining, and living area.
Capistrano Beach is just 2 miles from Dana Point, 7 miles to the San Juan Capistrano Mission and 35 miles to Disneyland. Golf is available approximately 5 miles from Capistrano Beach. Basically, Capistrano Beach is far enough away from the major tourist spots such as Disneyland and Universal Studios to provide lots of privacy, quiet and relaxation. Yet, for convenience sake, it’s an easy drive to all of the well known Southern California attractions.
Nearby Dana Point is considered one of the most romantic towns in Southern California, sitting high above the ocean amid the coastal bluffs and rolling hills. You will find tons of shopping and restaurants at Dana Point, a full service marina and complete harbor facilities, and the annual “Festival of Whales” in March.

Our group was 30 of young adults and we enjoyed our 4 days stay there so much, we recommend this house to your coming vacation. Very helpful and responsive managing team. I want to thank Annie so much for all of her help.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
