Basically, Capistrano Beach is far enough away from the major tourist spots such as Disneyland and Universal Studios to provide lots of privacy, quiet and relaxation. Yet, for convenience sake, it’s an easy drive to all of the well known Southern California attractions.
Nearby Dana Point is considered one of the most romantic towns in Southern California, sitting high above the ocean amid the coastal bluffs and rolling hills. You will find tons of shopping and restaurants at Dana Point, a full service marina and complete harbor facilities, and the annual “Festival of Whales” in March.
