YOU MAY RENT TWO WAYS:
Four bedroom, two bathroom (lower level only) OR seven bedroom, four bathroom (upstairs and downstairs).
This home is not rented to more than one group at a time. This home was built with sound-proofing between the floors so that indoor sound from above or below is not an issue. A caretaker will be around the corner for any needs you may have!
**Please inquire about the availability of this home as one large 7bedroom/4bath or a 4bedroom /2bath home depending on your needs. The home is spacious enough that even a larger group can feel comfortable staying together.
This beautiful Kailua Home is just a short 10-minute walk to beautiful Kailua Beach or a 2-minute or less drive! (.8 of a mile to the access by road, less using short cuts by foot) Here you’ll find all the amenities of home and yet you’ll still feel you are on an incredible island get-away.
The lower level of the house is available year round and is a 4-bedroom and 2-bath home with a fully stocked Kitchen, Living Room equipped with digital cable, DVD player, and Stereo and a Recreational Room off the dining room that leads out to the pool. It’s a great place to play a game of Air Hockey, cards, or read a book. The tiled salt pool invites you to cool off after a day at the beach and the Jacuzzi is ready to go for incredible relaxation under the stars.
(If you’ve never used a salt pool, you’ll never want to go back to chlorinated once you do! You can open your eyes without burning. It’s much healthier too!)
The Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and no expense was spared in choosing high quality mattresses with your comfort in mind. Each bedroom on this lower level of the home has Air-Conditioning, TV/DVD combo and a CD player AM/FM stereo that you can plug your iPod into.
Both downstairs bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs and granite counter tops and ample space for your personal belongings. The upstairs Master Bath includes a large corner Jacuzzi tub as well. All linens are provided.
When available, the entire home can be opened up as 1 large home giving an added 3 bedrooms and 2 baths! It is a great open floor plan upstairs with another fully-stocked Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with beautiful hardwood floors. You'll love the light and airy feel with the many windows and vaulted ceilings in the living room and the spacious bedrooms this floor has to offer. The wrap-around lanai overlooking the pool is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a cool drink.

Please keep in mind when staying in our neighborhood, that everyone lives with windows open. If there is excessive noise during your stay, neighbors may complain which can in turn cause our home to not be available in the future. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm on weekdays and after midnight on weekends. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood, partly because the neighbors look out for each other, they will appreciate you keeping them in mind as well.
