  After sifting through several hundred options in Sunriver, this spot rose to the top of the list. Just based on photos, description, and feedback alone it seemed a great choice. Now, after staying there and experiencing the property in person - and working with the owners - I can confidently say we made the best choice. The photos do not do this place justice. Best layout and finishing of any vacation home we've ever been to. This property offers literally everything you could want, and does it with style. Can't wait to go back.

  This is our 3rd trip to 1 Umpqua Lane and it won't be our last. The look and feel of this property is just amazing. The woodwork is beautiful, the amentities plentiful and the location is great. The kitchen is immaculate, we cooked for 14+ each night without issue. The rooms are very nice, each having it's own bath which is really nice. The hot tub is super hot to soak in after a long day on the mountain. We found some time for a nature walk in the afternoon and at sunrise, it's very close to a river with wildlife. The owner is very accomodating. The house has everything to keep young and old folks entertained and busy. We still have not made it out to the rec center, we'll have to find time to do that next time around. Sunriver is a little winter gem with low crowds and good prices. The only downside of the entire trip was having to leave. We were only able to stay for 3.5 days and could have really used another day or two to relax and take it all in. Trust me when I say this is the house to rent in Sunriver.

  Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this home and all of it's amenities. We all had our own suite filled with the necessities for the week....we are so grateful we have found this FIND....the owners are great to work with and made our stay enjoyable and convenient....thank you!!!

  We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was everything described and so much more. You would have never guessed that there were 3 children ages 9 - 12 in the house. They had their own section of the house that they loved. Everyone had their own rooms and they were appointed very well. We loved the closeness to the Sharc but the quietness of being in the woods. The kitchen was magnificent and easily handled 6 cooks doing their portion of the dinners. We have gone to Sunriver at least 30 times over the years and this is definetly the place we want to be. We hope to come back next summer.

  We're a group of (highly opinionated :-) ) women who have been going away for a long weekend for 12 years and this was the first house we stayed at that everyone of us said "This house is perfect!" There wasn't one thing that wasn't right for our group -- comfortable (and enough) seating for us all to chat and watch movies (on a big TV with great sound), great open kitchen and big dining table, extremely well equipped kitchen including glass wear that wasn't chintzy, big comfortable bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom, pool passes, bikes, etc. This house would also be perfect for a multi-family vacation since there is a whole bonus room with TV, games, pool table, etc. that we didn't even use. The owner made the whole thing easy, too. Can't say enough good things about this house. We'll be back!

  I would STRONGLY recommend this home! It is amazing! It is perfect for multifamily getaways. It was perfect for all of my sisters and brothers to enjoy a weekend together with plenty of space!! The kitchen is incredible; perfect for cooking larger meals for everyone to enjoy! The hot tub is perfect to relax in after a day on the mountain or a long bike ride! I didn't want to move to far from the relaxing fire place! The owners are absolutely WONDERFUL to work with and are so gracious in their pricing of this place! I know they could charge a lot more for the quality of this home but they continue to keep the rates very reasonable! My family and I enjoyed the weekend so much that next year we are renting if for a whole week! You will enjoy every minute of your stay! I know it books up quick so I would plan to make reservations as soon as you can!

  A group of friends and I stayed at this gorgeous home in December 2009. Let me say that the pictures look great, but they don't do this place justice. It's more like a castle! It's emaculate inside and out and full attention was paid to every detail. The property is quiet, has all the amenities and more than what WE needed. I felt like royalty staying in the master bedroom with the jetted soaking tub, dual headed shower, and walk in closet in the huge bathroom. The registration process was seamless and instructions were complete and easy to read before and after entering the home. We had an issue with the wi-fi when we first got there, but I was able to get ahold of our contact in a very timely manner and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this rental if you are staying in or around the Bend/Sunriver area.
